I highly recommend Coastal Ford Burnaby. As a University student, I was initially anxious about the financial and personal strain that followed transmission issues on my vehicle. The moment I walked into the building I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The service center addressed my concerns promptly and took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was clear and understandable. They were transparent and efficient. The issue was covered under a warranty. The turnaround was quick allowing me to get my vehicle back on the road. In an industry where skepticism can often prevail, Coastal Ford provided me with a trustworthy and open solution. I will be back to Coastal Ford and would recommend them to others. Thank you Ford for turning a stressful situation into a positive encounter and for your commitment to customer care.

An exceptional experience! I enthusiastically recommend Burnaby’s Coastal Ford Service Department! I own a BMW X2 and, after several poor experiences with my home dealership, I decided to buy OEM parts and booked my ride at Coastal for install, as the estimate was more favourable (I also bought tires there and those were mounted onto my vehicle in the same visit: so efficient!). The service advisors were all very welcoming and professional on my arrival. Kyran, the advisor assigned to my file, even introduced me to the mechanic working on my car, Marin, who specializes in European cars as well. Marin was equally welcoming and professional and I thought the intro was a nice touch. I was kept up-to-date and the whole experience overall was excellent in every way. The service was very thorough, completed on time and I was pleased to see my X2 washed and ready to go. These guys really know their business and are a joy to deal with. Thank you so much, Coastal Ford Burnaby! :o)

First of all, I don't like to leave unhappy reviews; but this past month, really disappointed me...Bought my first car there. First of all lots of wrong information where delivered.1. It will take the car only 8hrs to fully charge. I brought it home, plugged it in, it says 12hrs until full charge.2. They said it will come with warranty, by the time it got to financing it, the warranty was added as an extra cost.3. The final cost of the vehicle was nothing even close to the one once we were discussing it at the beginning.4. For payment, it was supposed to be monthly, it came out to be bi-weekly (not a big deal, but it would be more convenient for me monthly and monthly was what was said in the beginning...)5. Less than a month in having the car, I faced an issue where one of the tires had to be replaced immediately. Called them for an emergency appointment, the fastest time they could take a look at it was a week and a half from when I gave them a call. Since that took way longer than needed, one day after work, it gave me a flat tire. Because they could not replace it sooner. Called to get the tire changed. For a service I paid for, while financing the car. They said it'll take 3-4hrs for them to reach me. Past 5 hours and no boy has arrived yet, i had to take an uber home with the last percentages on my phone to get home. Same day, called to make that 1 1/2 week appointment on a closer date due to the tire fully being non usable anymore. Said they can't and are over booked. While I was stuck out of town for work.If this is the service you try to sell to your customers before they purchase the car. I would rather not have it. Because, there's no difference in having it. They said have it for a piece of mind. What piece of mind? That I called and asked for car service asap, and you guys say you're too busy. What piece of mind when I have to go to work each day worrying wether or not the tire would blew up on the highway.6. At one point I told them I can bring the car and drop it there for it to get looked over whenever there was a gap in between appointments as a fit in; and pick another rental car from the company for work commutes while my car gets fixed. And they said they don't have any.What else should I say? Overall really disappointed in every aspect of it.

I hope this email can be seen by the Ford CEO. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I jut received . My experience was marred by unprofessionalism, poor customer service, and a lack of willingness to address my concerns.Upon entering the dealership, I encountered a dismissive attitude from the staff, who failed to provide adequate assistance or solutions to my issues. The overall demeanor exhibited was both disrespectful and unbecoming of a reputable brand like Ford. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more customer-centric approach.I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions to rectify the situation. My confidence in the Ford brand has been severely shaken, and I will no longer recommend this brand to anybody and I would actively discourage anybody from buying .

If there is Zero, I will give it to them. Very rude customer service. I’m from the states and came here for a road trip.my car broke down and was brought to this location. I called them first thing in the morning and the lady I talked to was rude. I came to their service office and everyone was just walking by me. Considering I am not from here which they knew, it would have been nice when you are greeted and asking, how can I help you. Will never recommend to any friend.

After having a falling out with another Ford Dealer over a service issue, I chose to take my truck to Coastal Ford for a warranty issue. Not their fault, but the parts took almost 3 months to arrive, and I finally was able to take my truck there to have the work done . When I came to pick it up, the Check Engine Light came on as I was leaving the dealership. After quickly pulling it back into the shop they connected a temperature sensor they forgot to hook up - no big deal. I was on my way home and there was a "pop" sound, followed by the sound of rushing air. As a YouTube certified mechanic myself, I knew right away that one of the intake air pipes must have come off. Well it turns out that there are two hose clamps that hold the rubber coupler between the charge air pipe and the intake manifold. The one that was not blown off was loose, and the pipe was separated from the intake and slammed up against the radiator fan shroud. Coastal Ford Service - where are your checks and balances? If I had not known that had popped off, I would have been sucking unfiltered air, leaves, shop towels you might leave under the hood into my engine? On top of that, they make me phone the Ford Roadside Assistance, where I have to essentially lie about the mileage to offset the cost to them to come and pick up the truck that they made undrivable. The only positive thing I can say is that Michael is great, easy to talk to, and helpful throughout this service disaster.

We arrived at around 6:00 PM and within 10 minutes, we were already set on purchasing the car. Brian, our seller, was incredibly accommodating and displayed a high level of professionalism. Despite my initial uncertainties, he possessed the skills to persuade and assure us. The rest of the staff at the dealership also provided exceptional assistance, although their names escape me at the moment. Nevertheless, everyone we encountered was friendly and supportive, and the efficiency of the process stood out as a key highlight.

I been to dealership and spoke to Daryl. super nice person and his service was super amazing. didnt end up buying the car as i will wait for 2024 model. but Daryl and his manager Chris was super nice and helpful. i would love to buy car from them in future. Highly recommend to talk to Daryl for your future car
