Overall experience was good. Staff I dealt with were friendly. But the parking lot was a zoo. I know Costco cant control the way people park and drive. But it is like people forget how to operate their car when they get into that parking lot!

Prior to today, we’ve always had a great experience at this Costco in particular! But today was extra, as many know, times are tough financially for everyone right now and one truly amazing employee made my day a whole lot better! Betisa from the Costco on Brighton Ave in Burnaby, thank you for your help and understanding, you are greatly appreciated!!

Perfect place for buying products (especially in large quantities) for cheaper. Like almost all other Costco’s, employees are very kind and helpful. I still haven’t quite understood why the food court is besides the entrance and not the exit, but it isn’t that big of a deal.

I have been a customer of Costco for over 20 years and a member for 18. Time and time and time again they not only meet my expectations on quality and price but they usually exceed it. I have literally made hundreds if not a few thousand transactions at various Costco locations over the years. Of those hundreds of transactions there has only been one transaction that fell short of their service standard. Recently I had an issue in the tire shop during an install of my new tires. The tires were great but there was some damaged done to my rims during the install. Once brought to their attention Burnaby Costco (Managers Bruce and Corey in the tire shop) made sure the error was repaired and I was fully satisfied. Although some could see this as a negative, I do not, I trust them more than before, because I know they stand behind what the sell. Thanks Costco for being awesome, you truly are my favourite store, all business should use your service standards as a benchmark. You have a forever customer.

Horribly busy at all times, don't believe the reviews. Parking is constantly full, so this location is only convenient for skytrain riders willing to walk and lug their groceries. Horribly stressful parking lot interactions with other stressed customers trying to park. Today a lady pulled halfway into the parking space I waited 10 minutes for and had communicated to the driver of, and tried to tell me she was there first. This is the kind of friction Costco is creating.I wouldn't shop here if it wasn't the only way to buy affordable groceries in BC.

Be prepared for holiday seasons as it gonna be packed. The name Costco says for itself. You dont have to think twice before entering it. Parking is limited but ultimately you will find one for you. Sales and promotion and food sample are available at this store. Sb said this one is the oldest one in metro vancouver. Dont forget to treat yourself a meal after shopping.

This is our favourite Costco in the city. Staff are friendly and efficient. The shopping experience is much less stressful than in Richmond (Canada's busiest store, apparently). Sometimes parking can be a headache, but there's always a spot in the covered parking by the tire garage.

Great store. Basic goods, not a massive selection but still good. Parking is a bit of an...event. The lot is not good, the main one is small and the overflow is on the other side of the street so please remember to be patient and watch for pedestrians crossing to/from overflow lot.

Two things to think of:-why would someone pay a membership then to purchase food and cloths?- I found a lost membership card, I called the shop the inform it about this, nobody answers! The two stars are for the some good items I bought but Costco should not charge membership! Everyone should have access to its products if we talk about equity, non discrimination etc. more than ever….

Very organized location but finding a parking spot is always a problem.

I regularly shop at Costco because we can buy semi decent meat and portion it. I recently lost my sister, and all I wanted to do was come in , get the stuff I needed and leave. I had about $340.00 of stuff. I finished scanning like 90% of my stuff. This nice filipino lady (young one) started helping me with the scanner. The older Filipino lady and the one in the picture were whispering and then decided to confront me together. The young lady had gone to help someone else at this time. (I was looking for debit card because my tap did not work.) they accused me of stealing because there was still stuff in my cart. Why did they both have to come? Couldn’t one come and talk to me instead of accusing me in front of all the people. It was busy. It was unprofessional, and embarrassing for them as a company. I’m Indigenous and they have no right to profile me because of the colour of my skin. I was in tears talking to the manager. As I work hard and I’m a student. I would never steal.

I recently visited Costco Wholesale at 3550 Brighton Ave, Burnaby, and I must say that I had a positive experience overall. The wide selection and great prices are what one expects from Costco, and this location delivers in that regard. However, I must note that there's room for improvement when it comes to handling the customer service line for returning items. The process was a bit slower than I would have liked, and I believe some additional training or staffing in this area could enhance the customer experience. That said, the staff was friendly, and everything else about my shopping trip was up to the standard I've come to expect from Costco. I'll certainly continue to shop here and would recommend this location to others, with the hope that they can address this minor issue in the future.

I was having a terrible day (family, work, health stuff) and decided to go to costco to return a pot. While parking I hit a pole, it wasn't bad but it sent my head spinning. I was getting more and more upset. So I went to return a pot. I didn't have a box , I didn't have a receipt. And the lady there was so nice to me. She listened and smiled and made me feel better. She accepted my return and even said sorry on behalf of (Costco). I see her name on my return receipt as Michelle. Then I went to clothing section. I saw some nice sweat pants and shirt. I must have looked hopeless and another lady (I think it was Christine) came up and helped me pick a nice set. She folded my clothes nicely, was super nice and gave me advice on the size. She made me feel better as well.So yes. 5+ stars to the people at Costco for making me get though a horrible day.Picture of what I did to my car attached. Side note - I am an experienced driver. Today was just a day from hell.P.s. i did not damage Costco property or hurt anyone. ?

Best location to get in and out of in the area. Doesn't always have certain items. Staff are militant at the door if your partner goes in first with the card and you're parking. It's not like I can purchase anything without it. Guess having a bit of power is a recipe for tyranny, lol. Have to know your pricing. Costco isn't always cheaper considering the amounts you have to buy.

Excellent service by Jared at the tire centre. He was able to pinpoint thelocation of the tire air leak (very minute opening in the dented rim area). The repair involved applying some sortof glue to the area to obtain a tighterseal.I will not hesitate to do any more business with them be it their services or products which are some of the greatest deals in town.
