I visited Dollarama today at 9:30 PM, expecting to have some time to shop since their Google business profile states they close at 10 PM. However, when I arrived, the doors were already closed. I even showed the staff that their posted closing time was 10 PM, but they refused to let me in.
I traveled all the way from Kingsway, and it was quite disappointing to be turned away so close to closing time. I understand that staff may want to go home on time, but it would be helpful if the hours were accurately reflected or if they could accommodate customers who arrive before closing. I hope this can be addressed for future visitors.

Staff not helpful to find some more stocks for us. They were quite not patient. We visited three locations that day. This location working attitude is the worst.

I would like to apologize to the young woman who was Working the till 1 hour prior to closing. I left the store and was. Very disrespectful and said something I should not . Im. Very sorry for my words. There was no reason for me to act that way and conducted my self poorly. You were doing your job and Doing it correctly. Keep up the good work. You didn't deserve that. At all. My deepest apologies.

Annoyingly over crowded, not an adequate arrangement to allow for a better flow of traffic, you would thing they would consider this, seeing as they are located in a high density, multi level residential area, located downtown!

I bought a pack of glosettes and when I opened the package they were all bad. They were light brown and stunk like hell. They were orignally closed so I didnt suspect anything till I opened them. This is a big health hazard to especially children who dont know the difference. Very dangerous and very bad service if the employees cant check the experation date.

If you want to leave, you HAVE to squeeze past everyone in the narrow line. There’s no other way to exit. The store itself is extremely narrow and busy and it’s better to go to another Dollarama.

Among three Dollarama I usually go to in Burnaby, this is the only store has so many items that do not have price tags on items or the shelf. I do not want to play the guessing price game.
