Amazing customer service! Went there after a long stressful day to drop off an Amazon return but realized I needed the prepaid label printed. The nice man at the counter offered to print it for me & saved me a lot of time! I offered to pay for the print job & his efforts since I came unprepared, but he insisted it's fine. This little act of kindness helped a lot, thank you!!

I needed to pack a precious antique clock for transport as hand luggage on a flight. Sam and his team did a brilliant job. The clock was carefully and meticulously packaged, but made accessible for security to access and swab. The clock arrived perfectly intact and is now sitting on the mantle of my fireplace. A huge thank you to Sam for all his care, attention and understanding of what I needed. Awaiting another clock he did via UPS and I have no doubt that it will also be expertly handled. The rates were very reasonable and far below what I was quoted by another company. I would highly recommend this friendly, efficient and personable business. They get the job done!
