Great gym, great crew of people who work there. I highly recommend this gym to individuals of all disciplines. No fitness level is needed to start, they’ve got a great beginner training classes/program so that you may ease into getting back in shape and feel accomplished rather than feeling overwhelmed.I train in duo trapeze, contortion, and pole dance. I always feel great after taking a class at dynasty gym. They have a CrossFit approach which I’m not too familiar with, but all the movements and drills work a lot of the minor muscles that tend to be forgotten (for me it’s my legs). They also spend an equal amount of time on upper body and lower body (I can tell cause I’m sore everywhere after).You go to this gym for yourself, but you come back for the people. Everyone is welcoming and supportive, and they remember your name! That’s something often missing in Greater Vancouver.

This is the place to be if you want to get in shape. Trainers are amazing, they answer all the questions and help you through the training process. This friendly environment helps your motivation and lift your self-esteem.. Highly recommended for those who want to start a healthy lifestyle!!

Dynasty Gym is the best part of my day! I am new to Burnaby and I felt very welcome at the gym and even my dogs are allowed to come!When I joined I felt like my lifts were at a standstill and progress was minimal, but the coaches here are amazing and their Onboarding program has changed my lifts and increased my efficiency and confidence! I highly recommend this gym to anyone!Thanks Dynasty

I might as well write a little review since it was the reviews, in the end, that led me to Dynasty!A great gym and community close to home. Hard to believe I've been coming here for a few years already. I appreciate the variety in the workouts and classes offered.If you're looking for a new gym, check out Dynasty. I have trained with Mackenzie Friesen for two years and the five stars are not enough to show how delighted I am to work with her. She is always positive and her energy is contagious and pushes you to new levels. One on one or in a group setting, she excels in making sure your lifting form is on point! I was prone to shoulder and knee injuries and have had no problems with either since working with her. She takes the time to get to know you and what works for you and what doesn't and adjusts accordingly. She is exactly what a coach should be!

Doing personal training with Mina and she is an amazing coach who listens to your needs, provide helpful feedback, and tailors the workouts while pushes you to reach your potential. She is also so down to earth and easy to talk to and a boss lady! Love it!

In short, great facility, professional coaches and an amazing community!!I remember years ago when I first started CrossFit at somewhere else hoping to lose weight (more specifically: freshman 15) almost every workout was SO painful back then.It was Dynasty's owner Mina who made me fall in love with the sport and the community. Then I started to enjoy the process and workout (maybe not so much on those assault bikes...?) Mina made me believe that I could do better and helped me to achieve my goals. She is very detail oriented, encouraging, patient and experienced in coaching. Highly recommend this place whether your level of fitness. The community is very welcoming; they will always have a spot for you. ?

I have major commitment issues when it comes to sticking with a gym routine! Couple of classes with Mina and I knew I’m in this for the long haul. The vibe and energy in this gym is so contagious, I look forward to going here more often than I had initially hoped! No matter what session you attend, each trainer provides individual attention and work with you based on your level of ability, despite a full class, which for me is mindblowing! I absolutely love the whole community vibe where members encourage each other to do better and get stronger together, and I’m very glad to be part of this! Disclaimer: It can get quite addictive, but in a good way!

This gym is like a community that welcomes newcomers like me with open arms and enthusiasm. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely want the best for you. No matter what your experience level is, they will make sure that you reach your fitness goals in a safe and proper manor. This gym feels like a supportive place where everyone has their own goals no matter how big or small.

LOVE THE VIBE!!! Started personal training with Jon 3 weeks ago and it’s been great. The gym is clean and have everything you need for weight lifting/ CrossFit. Jon is a super cool guy, replied to all the concerns I have even during weekend. Truly feel that he cares about his trainees. Over all I am having a good experience here and will continue training here.

Currently on my third week and really enjoying the great people and atmosphere. This is the place to be at if your looking to get Strong and Fit.The coaches are all very knowledgeable and helpful especially if you’ve never lifted weights like myself. On my first assessment, coach Jon pin pointed my previous injuries and weaknesses without me saying a word! I was quite impressed.If your looking for a fun place to workout with amazing classes and a happy attitude. This is the place to be at! I look forward to bigger gains and becoming a healthier me!

I've just started personal training with Mina for 3 weeks and it's been a great experience so far. Mina is a great coach, especially if you are beginners. She is dedicated and passionate. Love the vibe and the energy all the coaches bring to the studio. The gym is not big but it has everything you need to do weightlifting and functional fitness.
