Clean but only give 8 cents for beer cans. Rip off. If it’s close to you I guess it’s worth not going somewhere else but if you have a lot go to the depot on Braid just south of Brunette. Full refund and very friendly.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He tries to keep it clean. It gets very busy here. There are a few free parking spots on site but there is also free street parking

My returns are always clean and organized. Probably the cleanest and most organized of all of Edmonds clientele. That ends today! They are getting dirty messy returns from this day forward! As I was standing at the sink washing my hands, one of the staff was very sloppy with a dirty mop on the counter. So much that he splashed the dirty water ALL over me!!! I will continue to go there because it is the closest but I will not be diligent about cleaning my returns or organizing them!!!

I do not like this Korean group running this return it depot. If you ask questions, they will talk behind you and also, right in front of you in Korean. My wife speaks and understands basic level Korean and with their tone and mumbling, we knew they were bickering about us. When my wife asked in Korean, “what? Is something wrong?” They fumbled and said nothing nothing. It was hilarious.They will always count less and it is embarrassing that we’ll have to argue about 10-20 cents.Another highly objectionable act is that they don’t accept certain tetra packs and bottles, which is fine, but they will not return it to us but without even asking, very quickly dump them in a bin that they have kept right next to the cashier counter. You’d be embarrassed to ask for them as you could take them to Safeway or other stores where you bought them from and get the refund, but these lowly guys will keep it in the bin making it embarrassing for you to ask them back, and they will return them to stores and keep that refund in their pocket. Very cheap act and even though I know it or others may have noticed it, we will not say anything as it’s just a cheap act and even cheaper and embarrassing to point it out and start a quarrel for 30-50 cents.It’s always stinky-wet and dirty.I went with my counted bottles and tetra packs of 71 but I received $6 and 10 cents. Where did the rest one dollar went? I didn’t think it’s worth arguing about it as I gave them the alms they “want” by counting less. Interestingly, they will never count extra, but will always undercount. Shame!!I lived in Korea for 11 years and I know Koreans are not this cheap. But this group of Korean guys running this return-it depot are as cheap and dirty as the inside environment seems and smells like.

There are limited carts and sorting stations, availability depends on how busy it is when you arrive.Staff are very quick to count and collect the returns after you have sorted them.Sorting area has enough space to move around in, again, this depends on how busy it is when you arrive.Access via back door at the parking lot.

The building is rather small, so when it gets busy it gets full of people throwing carts everywhere. It is stinky there, however staff is friendly and fast. It says it closes at 5, however, today the gate was closed at 4:40
