At the beginning and during the time I rented the car, I unfortunately encountered very poor treatment from one of the staff members at this branch. Their behavior was quite unpleasant and caused me a lot of distress.
However, fortunately, Paul, who originally rented the car to me, resolved my issue with great professionalism and turned my experience into a positive one.

I recently rented a Jeep Wrangler from Enterprise for a 5-day trip, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The reservation process was smooth and easy, and the staff at Enterprise were friendly and professional. The Jeep was in excellent condition, clean, and ready for my adventure as promised. I loved the Wrangler’s performance, it was perfect for exploring various terrains with confidence, and it added a lot of fun to my trip. Returning the vehicle was just as hassle-free, with no surprises. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for a quality rental experience and great customer service. Will definitely rent from them again!

This location is hands down equipped with one of the best customer services in town. The manager Shirley is super helpful and friendly and she upgraded me to a newer 7 seater for my trip. The location is very efficient and communicative when it comes to pick up and drop off services. I will definitely recommend everyone to go to this location for any rental needs.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience
I had an interview scheduled with the HR manager, but they showed up a full 20 minutes late without any prior notice or apology. This experience made me feel like my time and effort were completely unappreciated. Punctuality is a basic expectation, especially in a professional setting, and it's concerning that an HR representative could be this inconsiderate.
Being on time to an interview is essential not only as a courtesy but also as a sign of respect. Waiting for 20 minutes with no communication left a negative impression on me about the company's professionalism and organization. This experience made me reconsider my interest in working with this team, as I expect better respect and professionalism from a company that values its employees and applicants.

An Indian man in a blue shirt who was here at 5:00 on 28 October 2024 at closing time was talking dirty to me and I could barely contain myself here. How do you hire these people? May God damn me if I rent a car from here again.
