Enterprise is always my choice for car rentals. I tried other rental services and no one comes close to Enterprise. The staff at this location are excellent. They always help with my bags and never make a fuss over my bringing my dog, which has been made a big deal of at other places, including a threat of a huge cleaning bill. I highly recommend this location. They are amazing.

What a rude and unprofessional staff. If there was a zero star or even negative I would add. They act like they are a family oriented business. I beg the differ from other big corporations.

BIG shoutout to Tessa !!!!
I had such an amazing time with Tessa one of the agents with this branch !! From the time of initially being shown the car, answering any questions I had as a first time renter, and just being overall so patient and understanding.
She really wowed me with her customer service though when I was bringing my car back in, I came just before they were closing but she still took me on and offered to help me return my rental. Helped me with the process and looked over the car and everything even though it was pouring rain outside. She really showed her dedication to ensure customer satisfaction when she went the extra mile to drive me to the autoshop to pick up my car even though they were technically closed because she understood that it was pouring outside and wanted to make sure I got there safe and in one piece !

I make a reservation to pick up a car back to the phone at told them I need to use my debit card and they said yeah it’s OK. There’s no problem but when I come to the office they said you cannot use your debit card because you need five references call address confirmation references information about your employees requirement to use debit card they should say that through the phone from the beginning

As someone who has rented a car multiple times from this company, I must say I was really disappointed with this particular branch. Customer service is not known to them; they are very rude and disrespectful. I have never dealt with worse service. After this, I will think twice about using this company again, and I am completely sure that I will never recommend this branch to anyone. BIG NO!!!!

Booked a car last night. Showed up in the morning to be informed that they have no cars available not just here but in any other branch. They did say they called to let us so I did miss a call but the fact that I could book and there were multiple cars online on their website and then be turned away is not quite to the standard of Enterprise, having used them in the UK and across Europe.

Would highly recommend this Enterprise location! They were patient with me while I had to fix an error on my end, regarding payment method and insurance. There was no pressure to purchase their additional coverage, they happily explained my options and how using my rental insurance from my home province (Manitoba) would work.
Dropped off my car after hours and was communicated within a business day they have confirmed my car return and my $300 deposit was returned instantly!
Will definitely come to this location again, thanks everyone!
