I had $5 bill and I requested the cashier girl at Esso to change to coins so o could use the Vaccume, instead of changing the bill to coins she tells me that vacuume doesn't take coins it doesn't work. Because I had a $5 bill from the 1990s, and she probably never seen it before. Instead of lying about the vacuum, she could just tell me that she doesn't recognize the bill. Then the senior man comes and takes the bill, gives me change, and I used the vaccume it worked perfectly fine using coins. What's the point of lying, shame!

Never have paper for the receipt to print out. Told the guy who work there,he said can not change it as the machine is not working. What kind of business is this? Very inconvenience, do better Esso!

Ahmad was the gentleman and was the one who let me into the washroom.
The quality stops there!
This is literally the dirtiest, most disgusting Esso gas station washroom that I have ever seen! It is even near the top of disgusting washrooms in general.
I am hopeful that the owners or managers of this location see this and solve this problem.
ESSO Canada, make sure your locations do better!

Tim Hortons was slow, but the guy sweeping the area was a nightmare. Angry with me staying at the pump while I went inside to purchase Tim Hortons. I've had to wait lots of times behind someone cleaning their windshield, or dumping garbage. When I went into the store I left the pump pumping gas as it has a lever to do that. Apparently this guy has never heard of that. Really bad experience. I'll go to Shell Down the road next time. I fill up every day. I'll warn all my customers to stay away from that Esso. Really disappointing

Watch out for this gas station, they skim card numbers. Used a card that I had never used anywhere else - had a scam charge on the card shortly afterwards.

Pumps have worked everytime I'm here.
The staff provide the required service. The Tim Hortons can be slow as it usually isn't over staffed.
Car wash works and gets the job done and at an affordable price.
This place gets the job done .
Been using this establishments services for over ten years

Has station has a terrible policy of making you do multiple transactions because they can't add Gas and products purchased together. This gets in the way with people who have limited transactions with there bank.

They charge me two time $40 and I ask them why two time charges me on my credit card he told me its our policy $40 back after 4days never ever back again to this station

Pretty bad service. I tried to fill my car’s fuel tank, but the machine wasn’t working. I asked the manager for a cancellation, and he refused to provide it. Avoid this place at all costs.
