We have been taking all of our vehicles to Fountain Tire Burnaby for a few years now. We are thrilled with the consistent level of service we receive. Their knowledge and patience are outstanding. We have a combination of newer and older vehicles. I count on their expertise and advice for our older vehicles which are driven by our kids. I feel that we get honest advice and they are definitely not a business who just wants you to spend and spend and spend to fix a vehicle that isn’t worth fixing. When walking in we are always greeted with a friendly acknowledgement that makes us feel appreciated for doing business at Fountain Tire. They have also been wonderful helping our kids feel comfortable asking any questions they have about their vehicles. We never hesitate recommending Fountain Tire to friends and family.

I recently visited this Fountain Tire location to have a nail patched in my tire. After an hour, they called me back to show that the tire was bulging out from the side and informed me that I needed to purchase two new tires. While I can’t definitively claim their honesty, I have strong suspicions that my tire was deliberately damaged to pressure me into buying new ones. This experience has left me very skeptical about their practices, and I would advise others to be cautious if considering this shop for tire repairs.

Excellent service here today. I caught a screw in my tire, and ended up dropping my car off after-hours. I spoke with Nelson in the morning, and he was extremely helpful & able to sneak me in for a tire repair today. I also have nice forged wheels, and the technician was very careful removing the tire and patching without damaging my wheel. Very happy with the service here today, and will absolutely be back. I also run a car club, and will be sure to recommend you guys too. ??

Great experience. Booked an appointment for a flat tire and they did a great job! Service took about an hour and it didn’t cost a lot.

I came in looking to buy a new tire, and the staff was amazing - they actually alerted me that my tire had a warranty and sent me to go get it replaced for free at another company.
Just incredible service for them to do that. Would recommend to everyone!!

Nelson helped me pick out a great set of tires for my vehicle, and sent me quotes for multiple options. He made sure to include some possible charges, based on things I wasn't sure if my vehicle had. They also took a look at a complaint I had about my cabin fan. Instead of just saying I needed a new part, they tried a quick fix and told me to monitor it and see if the noise comes back.
Max, who helped me out during the whole process in store, kept me updated the whole time I was waiting. Letting me know why it was taking a bit longer than usual because of some parts coming from further out.
Bravo to the Fountain Tire team at this store. Wonderful first impression and I'll be back for any future needs!

Nelson, Max, and the team are professionals. I still bring my vehicle to the Burnaby location even though I moved to another city. Their friendliness, customer service, and honesty are worth my peace of mind.

At first, I thought that because they are certified by Goodyear, they would definitely offer me a good price, but later, I realized I was mistaken. I have to give the lowest rating because, despite mentioning that other places offer a lower price, they didn't pay attention, meaning weak customer service. ??

Good fast service with friendly staff. They do care, which makes someone feel good. Nice waiting area with big screen tv and coffee and cold water.
