I had the best experience at JC Pro Auto Repair! I needed some ICBC repair work done and Jacky was just awesome. First off, he's incredibly friendly and welcoming, which just makes the whole process so much less stressful.
It was also a massive help that he speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, making it super easy to explain exactly what was going on.
You can tell he’s a total pro and really knows his stuff. He was super responsive and genuinely helpful. I also had a side mirror that needed replacing, and he just took care of it for me right away—I was so grateful! It’s hard to find service like that.
Because of their great work, I'll 100% be coming back to JC Pro for all my future car maintenance. Highly recommend this place!

Waste of time. The owner agreed to a price, dropped the car off, the owner changed their mind afterwards and we had to find another place to fix the car.

Towed in ICBC claim customer for body shop and mechanics shop. Guys are organizated good, with positive energy and great knowledge of vehicles. It's bit crowded, so appointment is recommended. My recommendation for this service.

I had an exceptional experience with JC Pro Auto Repair Ltd. from start to finish. Right from the beginning, Jacky Chen provided me with a quick and accurate estimate. Once they secured approval from ICBC, Jackie promptly arranged for me to bring in my car for repairs, assuring me that it would take just three working days and that I would receive a courtesy car in the meantime. I dropped off my car on Wednesday morning, and to my surprise, I received a call at 3:30 pm on Thursday informing me that my car was ready. When I returned the courtesy car and picked up my vehicle, it was not only expertly repaired but also spotlessly clean inside and out. I highly recommend JC Pro Auto Repair Ltd., and especially commend Jacky Chen for his professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service!

Had an ICBC claim case handled by JC Pro repair shop. Jacky took care of it in an efficient and professional way, vehicle involved was able to be picked up within 10 days. Good job & recommended :)

Will never come here again, I had an alignment issue and they said everything looks fine as per the system. I’m still facing the same issue (i.e my car is pulling to the right side when I drive) I made the guy sit in my car and explain but still refuses to admit something is wrong even though it was clearly pulling to the right side. He started teaching me how to drive a car instead of looking into the issue. Paid $120 for nothing, highly dissatisfied, would never recommend anyone to go here!

Right away I love the name Jacky Chen 🤣 definitely I'll remember this location! Not only they do ICBC repair network but also everything else , oil change tire alignment etc ! Thanks to Miami tire center Sam for recommend this place! (Also great place to get your new tire or repair! )
