The female cashier at the front desk exhibited exceptional customer service. Despite my initial frustrations with UPS, whose delivery personnel failed to leave a notification or make a phone call and did not place the package in the designated mailroom, my experience at the store was quite the opposite. When I arrived without physical ID, she was highly accommodating. Furthermore, since I rode my bike there, I had a bit of a struggle trying to get the package to fit in the basket. The cashier was awesome—she even came outside with some tape to help me strap the package down. What a great lady!

Purolator please chose another location. I came today to return Amazon package and the guy said that they cannot return using QR code only a bar code. He didn't give me any explanation but just kept saying that they cannot process a QR code. If they can't service all Purolator requests they should be called 'trying to be a Purolator' or something. The place is a joke. I biked there for nothing.

A great convenient store that has almost anything you want from printing and mailing services to snacks and food and etc. You can also call them and email your printing needs and they will get it done for you before you even go there. Alveena is very nice and helped me a lot with all my needs.

They do not open during stated business hours.The hours stated that on weekends they are open at 10 am, but even by 11 am no one showed up. Many other customers tried to come get their packages and all gave up.No signs or notice provided for the shop being closed. Make sure you call ahead to check they are open so you don't waste your time!

Wanted to pick up my UPS package at 10 am - right at opening but nobody showed up. Other customers waited and left. Big waste of customer's time.

These people don’t know how to treat a customer. I’ve been there twice and lady working there is AWFUL!! Seems like she isn’t happy with her work. You can see her weird expressions whenever she’s dealing with customers. Grow up lady!! Be kind to people and treat customers with a smile on your face. Didn’t even want to give one star to em.

Given my package to someone else and insisted that the person’s Id matched the shipment. Hope this experience and review can remind the guy to verify ID and address more carefully. Purolator invested this case but only listened to that guy’s story that ID matched shipment and no further action except asking me to call police to file a case about ID fraud. Next week, I heard from the sender that shipment was returned to them. Overall, nobody blame store owner about his fault. But hopefully this does not happen again to other people.

Awful costomer service, the lady there is bossy and rude, she told me cannot open the parcel at outside, l must be open at home because UPS don't like.UPS is that true ?

I was surprised to pick up the sticky notice where UPS scribbled 6308 WALKER in barely legible writing. Why didn't they just drop it off at the nearby UPS store instead?However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service and professionalism at Kwik Stop. They have a large space to hold packages, and pickup was quick and easy. Usually at the UPS store, there is often a line up and the packages are strewn on the floor haphazardly.There is some parking in front of the store, and then nearby residential streets.

I am incredibly unimpressed with the consistent messaging of irregular hours this business has that I’ve read reviews on.After seeing yesterday’s update that said you would be open at 9am, I tried calling to understand if the establishment would be open. No response, figured there was volume from yesterday’s unexpected closure which happens. An assumption I shouldn’t of made, but it’s day 2 of trying to see if this Putolator Authorized Agent is operating and taking time out of my day to grab a package I missed delivery by 40 minutes. Incredibly frustrating to say the least.Please provide an honest and accurate update on when your doors will be open again, so people like myself don’t waste time out of their busy day to try and grab their packages and I’ll revise this review.EDIT: I spotted the prompt update, I understand the difficulty of running a business while stretched thin and having to deal with COVID itself. Thank you for the honesty. Please provide an update on the results of the test. I am hoping for the best for you.
