I had a very unpleasant experience with the supervisor at this store. I bought a control battery and tried to return it the next day. The supervisor rudely informed me that their policy doesn't allow refunds. When I mentioned an employee had told me I could return it if needed, the supervisor disrespectfully said, "I do not believe this." This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better service and respect for customers. but when I saw all this bad review about Customer service, I thought it's normal behavior from the stuff.

Well someone at london drugs is not good in customer relations first time, was rude and really did not want to help you out so manager had to step in, thought problem fixed have to come back called before going to store. Must be related talking down and rude obnoxious. Or maybe took same course. I am recently handy cap and trying my best. I do not need lying or rude staff talking down to me never shop their be careful if you go in the store may not like the back lash you receive thought suppose to be helpful ha good luck with that. Was forced to give a star so I could post this

My wife and I dropped in to take our newborn's (2 weeks old) Canadian passport photos. Narges at London Drugs' Photo Imaging Centre was extremely patient, caring, and went above and beyond in making sure that our baby was comfortable while also getting a photo for us efficiently! Would highly recommend to other parents!

I had issues with my printer and took it to Jordan. He figured out one ink had an issue and figured out how to fix it. Thanks Jordan for not giving up. He showed me what to do in case the issue comes up again.
