Package has been “out for delivery” for almost a week now. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. Absolute joke.

Simple: Do not use this for deliveries, slow, careless, impossible to communicate, their mindset is basically “We dont care if you get/lose your product or not”

I was skeptical because of all the bad reviews but I collected a few DHL packages from here and everytime the staff have been super friendly and no issues at all.

15 minutes on hold and no one has yet to answer. Package says delivered, but it hasn’t been. They never answered.

Paid extra for expedited air shipment from Ontario to BC. Package was 3 days late so called to inquire on status because revised ETA in tracking didn’t explain about transportation delay. Apparently a barge broke down. Who knew? Customer Service in Victoria seemed inconvenienced by my inquiry. And I thought I was the one being inconvenienced by the late package. Paying customer just asking for explanation without attitude. I will evaluate courier options differently next time.

my package was ripped open on one side , definitely so whoever could look inside, could also reach inside, thankfully they didn't like what I ordered , but took the proof of delivery photo on the good side, to look intact on photo, so when I called to inform loomis that they may in my opinion have a Rogue employee going through people's packages, to keep and eye on that person and see if there is a pattern, the customer service representative I spoke to was shockingly indifferent , responding that is was porch pirates who were the culprits, instead of taking me seriously however I mentioned that I have a camera, and not one single person approached my porch, to rifle through a package, and a porch private during the day ,in a small town wouldn't take the time to snoop through the box, they would take the whole bloody package, and run ... duh .. so I guess protecting potentiial criminals in their midst is a bad problem for Loomis they need to educate their delivery persons, that people have cameras on every doorstep now, there are tracking numbers to see which driver has that particular route, and stealing? even theft under a thousand is a crime ! that comes with a criminal record and up to 2 years in jail , depending on the value of the contents of the package ALSO some training in how to handle packages with respect it is paid for property, in the care of your carrier company to ensure the safe and speedy delivery to its owner, last I heard damaging peoples property is also illegal just saying. Loomis Express? do better, train your drivers to be more professional and take care of people's purchased products. Please look into having cameras installed in your delivery trucks, to disway any potential now or in the future wayward / rogue thieves in your employ. you will thank me later, when your company steps up with some integrity and care. you may even get some better reviews too.

Loomis delivered my package to the wrong address. They admitted it on the phone, then refused to fix it, didn’t send proof, and even hung up on me. Zero responsibility — terrible service.

driver to lazy to knock my door took 3 hrs to find out where my package was !!!! then find out its on the other side of the city total bs wont be usimg them ever again

They claim they tried to deliver my package twice, however they never even came or left a note, and when I call to request an explanation they say there is no parking, which is entirely untrue, as there is plenty of parking. I think they are not being truthful that they attempted to deliver the package.

Well phones aren’t always answered and calls aren’t always returned . My package was’ being held’ for so long I went and picked it up myself … I paid for shipping though so not happy .

The drivers are speeding doing 60km in a 30km zone in southlands Vancouver we have children and horses on the roads and the speed they are driving could cause an absolute tragedy!
Please remind ALL drivers serving this area to follow the posted speed limit!

Ordered something off of amazon, item was stuck at the depot for days. Gentleman I spoke to was very understanding and helped me pick up my item and get me on my way.
