Lululemon Sweat Collective Program Sucks & Rules/Policy Truly Sucks For Me Because I really really truly wanted one specific sports bra so badly since that my friend Naomi is a member at Lululemon & gets at 25% off discount for herself & personal use only but that is not what my friend Naomi has told me about it yesterday on Monday January 5th , she said that she is a member & told me to tell you on which items or item that I want & she said that she'll buy it for me & I pay her back via e transfer. I just really really truly wish that I can be a member too but unfortunately I am not a instructor, athlete, nurse or anything like that so Unfortunately I can't apply for it.

Was making a return and the associate asked me if the water bottle was purchased from Lululemon. She asked this after she scanned the barcode from the online confirmation and the bottle had a large lululemon logo. It’s a lot of effort to go through if I’m making a fake bar code and water bottle just for $38. Associate had zero thought process and seemed miserable.

Boxing Day was crazy but all the staff did amazing! It was a hot, cramped store and the lineup was long - but thankfully there was an employee helping with organizing the winding check out line. (Props to her! Amazing job keeping everyone in line, and in order. 👏🏻 ) The lineup moved quickly as well.
Great job everyone!! 😊

Jamal deserves a promotion! During the busy holiday season he was able to find what I needed right away and get me checked out and on my way. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Very disappointing experience. The service was rude and unprofessional from the start. When I asked questions, the employees were dismissive and acted like I was an inconvenience. To make it worse, they refused to give their names when I asked, which feels very unprofessional and makes it impossible to address concerns properly. Instead they just told me to call this number. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly I was treated.

I came into Lululemon metrotown around 11:30 a.m. yesterday to make an exchange and was disappointed with the experience. The sales associate assisting me was unfriendly and cold—there was no greeting or basic courtesy and the overall attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming.
After completing my return for a gift card, I asked if she wanted me to get rid of the box my order came in. She said, “Could you?” so I quickly placed it in the recycling bin nearby before coming back to browse. I soon realized I didn’t have my gift card and went back to the counter. When I mentioned it, she said, “I gave it to you. I physically handed it to you,” in a dismissive tone and continued helping another customer. I asked if she might’ve placed it in the box by accident, but she repeated the same response. I then noticed the card had fallen behind the till, pointed it out, and she handed it to me without a word even after asking if it was the correct card.
I understand everyone has off days. However, your attitude and rudeness was unnecessary and should be kept out of customer interactions.

I had very unpleasant experience returning an item yesterday. I believe company policy should be followed at any location but Metrotown somehow has a different opinion. Staff members are very beautiful girls but why do you give your negative attitude to customers by deeply inhaling demonstrating how wrong customer and making feel me dumb even I tried to show online return policy snd giving every time different excuses do not accept a return. It doesn’t matter if customer buys or returns keep yourself professionally, it’s not cheap products, Dollarama treats customers better. That’s the first time experienced such a frustrating customer service however online service was really good and accepted it without any issues.

Anne helped me find the right sizes, suggested styles that suited me perfectly, and made sure I found pieces I absolutely loved. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Anne, for your amazing service. You truly made my day!

I need to tell anyone reading this about the wonderful sales associate I encountered today. I feel so bad that I can't remember her name, it started with a P. Anyways, yesterday I bought 3 pairs of leggings only to get home and realize I'd actually grabbed the wrong ones. I went back this morning, hoping for a refund but expecting a store credit. This lovely woman gave me a full refund, and was so kind and sweet about it. I shop here often and always have a good experience but this woman today really went above and beyond. If you are reading this, thank you! You are a kind and sweet person and the world needs more of you.

I went to Metrotown store on Saturday 2025/10/11 at about 5:45 pm to buy Men's Cross Chill City-to-Trail Jacket. I came here after leaving the Robson St. Store due to horrible customer service that I experienced. I’m glad to say that I had a very pleasant experience in Metrotown store. The associate that helped me here was very friendly and accommodating. So much so that I didn’t even need to line up to pay because she helped me place an online order for the item I wanted. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I hope someone from the store would read this and pass the message to her!

I spent $165 and got a half-cent service
I think employees should double-check the clothes before delivering them to customers. I once received contaminated clothes. So as soon as I received the clothes from the staff, I came home after reconfirming myself, but the staff stared at me so much that I was very uncomfortable.
The staff was chatting with another staff and then I told her that Im here to pickup the moment I made eye contact with an staff asked me “ order or a pick-up? with brown skin , long, curly hair and a smileless look

I honestly can’t believe I just paid $154 for a Define Jacket only to have it handed to me crumpled up with an elastic band, looking like it came out of the trash. For a brand that charges premium prices, you’d expect at least the basic decency of proper packaging or a complimentary bag. Instead, I was told I’d need to pay extra for a shopping bag. This is not the level of care or service anyone should experience when purchasing from a so-called luxury activewear brand. Completely disappointing and makes me question if the brand values their customers at all.
