My husband and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding Anniversary on Dec 31/2024. Today we went in and had the pleasure of meeting Mona. She was friendly, helpful and extremely patient as we kept searching for the perfect ring to celebrate. She took her time as she listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions all while letting me try them on. She nailed it! I fell in love with one of the last chamber grown diamond ring she showed me. ? I am so excited to put this newly purchased ring on my finger for our Anniversary. There was even a complimentary ring cleaning of the rings I came in wearing by a gentleman working there (sorry I didn’t get your name). He even staged my ring as I asked to take a pic, above and beyond!!!! Thank you so much, you both made my Anniversary!!!

Brought a ring back in that was a gift to have it resized. I was treated with care and my needs where met instantly. the women I dealt with was warm and welcoming overall my experience was positive thanks again

Do not buy from Michael Hill because they are liars! They do not give you any type of certificate that lists the characteristics of the diamonds, it’s just a printer paper with the listing title on it and not the 4c’s of a diamond(cut, clarity, colour, carat). And they do not even acknowledge the lifetime diamond warranty! What is the point of buying from a store like this and at these prices if we can instead just go to any other costume jewelry store and buy a cubic zirconia that looks the same? Where has the magic gone in buying a diamond???

I have been buying in this store and I have found good deals; like al the salespeople sometimes they try to sell you extra things but if you say no; they respect that. I'll come back.

I had a great experience here. Mona and Mary Jane were fantastic. I bought my engagement ring online and ended up needing to get it resized. Although we found out that it would take quite a while to get it back, Mona and Mary Jane were able to help us figure out our options and gave us a great deal. I will definitely be coming back in-person for future purchases.

Needs follow up and transparency of engraving price.- the manager of the store was very helpful during the purchase, however, the end result went down the hill during pick up. Completely wrong font of engraving for the gift, and the manager told me about the price of the engraving during the purchase and now a clerk told me that completely different price that I ended up pay litte more that expected and the clerk sounded as if giving me a discount price during the pick up because of the failure of the correct work order. Wrong finish of the work, wrong information. The Jewerly was alright but... Therefore, I need to consider my future visit.

Huge waste of time. The answer is no. No they do not engrave things you take to them. Even though it says they engrave things. Pleases don't waste peoples precious time. Tell people you do not engrave outside products. This is a huge hassle.

I would save yourself the trouble and do not shop here. Horrible costumer service. I bought an item and within 19 hr I came back to hopfully exchange the item and they couldnt accommodate for me. I will no longer be shopping here nor will I let me family and friends shop at any Micheal Hill.

Over the past few years we had issues with my wife's wedding ring and couldn't get help from anyone to fix the problem and then we met Mona at the Loughheed store and we were looked after and had our issues dealt with quickly and my wife is happy! We will only shop at the Loughheed Store now and deal with Mona. Amazing service
