Sales associate there needs to get trained or given full information on how to provide Customer service and let her know what is the purpose they are working there by the Manager. Firstly, listen and take the entire information from the customers, find out what's the issue with the product and try to resolve it rather than brushing off the shoulders. Manager was empathetic and dealing with the issue I had with the product.

Michael Korse brand is a piece of garbage.if you buy online you can’t cancel your order despite the item is still not shipped. They told me you have 30 minutes to cancel the order. 30 minutes???????? are they F. crazy. I was told that they stopped the order but that was a lie. they told me I will receive an email and nothing happened.I can tell you this is the worst customer service I ever seen in my lifeThis is a cheap disgusting brand. I paid for so many bags as gifts but unfortunately I have to leave before receiving these bags, I was very disappointed and mad. I will file a case against this cheap worthless brand

Store has a lot of good prices for handbags, although the customer service is quite off putting. No greetings, and no one approached to help despite us standing with display bags and looking at them. Took us two attempts to get help from someone, and no one was busy they were all chatting amongst themselves. Still bought the handbag because i love their products. But everyone looks like they either hate their job or don’t care if customers buy anything or not. :(

Beware, if you pay cash, they refuse to refund cash. They also don’t let you know before purchasing. They said they wrote it down on the rect box on cashier desk (which is difficult to read unless you are 20/20. I read it and it wasn’t in that note. As far as I know without informing customers before purchase, it’s illegal to do so.

The store is in the ground floor of the Metrotown mall, with so many parkings around the mall. The supervisor lady, Kajal, helped me a lot with my purchase, she patiently solved the problem that I encountered. She was so kind and caring.

This is the only store in the area. The store is located right opposite to browns shoe store. I really like the store, got good variety, staff is always nice. It’s always a great experience whether I buy anything or don’t.

Very bad experience, with a fake smile Jessica who worked there refused to help two times in a row putting a fake smile to kick me out of the store she preferred to argue over 7 minutes instead helping , the store was completely empty and almost everyone is freealthough I respect the rules but I hate her way in explaining over all I felt it’s discrimination

The best thing is staff is friendly and helpful. Products range is quite good. Not much space to move around because of display units specially when there is a sale or it’s a weekend
