Store layout was easily accessible. I was able to find what I was looking for. Plenty of stock to be had. Employees working the floor and the tills upfront were pleasant and helpful. Worth another visit in the near future. Plenty of parking available.

Came in for some candy melts and noticed that about a quarter of their stock had printed stickers with future expiration dates for 2025. Curious, I peeled a sticker back and saw the real expiration date was April 2023, which was printed on the packaging. There was another wall of candy melts and all of those had the same April 2023 expiration with no sticker on top. I guess they were hoping no one would notice and just sell off whatever stock they had. Through the bag packaging I can see that lots of the candy melts were discolored and turning white from being too old. Pretty gross! I told 2 staff who didn't seem to care. When I said they shouldn't be sold, the reply was "yeah I guess not" and he went back to doing whatever he was doing in the other aisle. Quite disappointing that they would be obviously trying to fool their customers by printing fake future expiration dates and covering up the real dates, and passing off old stock as new stock. Never buy food products from them. Very disappointed with their products and staff .

Although,prices are not that good than other stores but This store is pretty good, who loves to do craft, go there you will get what do you want.

Ever since Kevin (Manager) left the store has gone to crap
I returned some wool today w/o a receipt - worse customer service ever!
I won't be shopping there any longer

Really disappointed in the staffs lack of knowledge the staff you are very kind and friendly, but lack knowledge on their products
I came in today, looking to get supplies to do needle punching and they gave me the wrong products. So now I have a needle puncher that doesn’t fit well at all I have A clot that I can’t use her because the needle puncher punched a big hole in it, but it doesn’t hold either
So I pretty much just wasted like 40 bucks
This was my first time needle punching so of course when I go to a craft store, I trust the staff to give me good advice on what I should be buying, but unfortunately, this is not the case here and most of the time when I come to this location this is not the case
