I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I came in excited to buy yarn as a beginner, but the customer service completely ruined the visit.
I politely asked a staff member where a product was located and showed her the product page on my phone, as I had checked the details beforehand and did not want to waste her time. The page did indicate “out of stock,” which I later realized I had missed because the text was small. Even so, instead of explaining politely, she simply pointed it out in a dismissive manner. Throughout the interaction, her attitude was cold and unfriendly—she barely responded, did not acknowledge my thanks, and kept an unpleasant expression the entire time.
What made this experience especially uncomfortable was that just before helping me, she assisted a white couple with a similar question and was noticeably more friendly and positive with them. The contrast in behavior was clear and made me feel disrespected and unwelcome.
Because of this clear difference in treatment, I felt that I may have been treated differently based on my race. Customer service should be respectful and consistent for everyone. I left feeling hurt, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.

I purchased an item three days ago and returned them today. They refused to get it as the item. The staff said, it must be in a packaging, while the item didn't have any package. The way they behaved with me made me so disappointed and will never ever return back.

The store strategy is high markups with so-called “discount” coupons. The store has a lot of craft materials but don’t trust anything for decorating your cakes or other baked goods. Plenty of materials on the shelf more than a year past its best before end date. Photos taken December 2025.
