Went into Moonstone today to exchange something and came out with a beautiful be place and earrings. Very nice jewelry at reasonable prices. The service is excellent and helpful. Not pushy at all. The store is spacious, bright and well organized. I was worried my gens would sparkle in store and not when I left but it sparkled outside the same way.

Had the pearls in my wedding band replaced here and I couldn't be happier with the service. We were given great recommendations for a more appropriate shape for the pearls and the timeline and price were very reasonable. The ring looks better than ever! Thank you :)

Came to repair a bracelet that had a broken clasp. The owner was super friendly and helpful and turned around the repair very quickly. Awesome customer experience and what seemed like fair pricing, especially compared to other stores in the area.

Had a few jewellery pieces fixed at Moonstone and the service was great! All the pieces were fixed fast and at a reasonable prices. Also great customer service, always explaining what needed to be fixed and also what options we had! Would definitely recommend!

I want to give him more than 5 stars. I had to repair my necklace chain because it was torn apart for some reason. My necklace had a really really thin chain so he didn’t really have a much solution for me. However, he tried everything he could do and he fixed it for me. This necklace is really important for me and I am so happy that he didn’t give up right away and fixed it for me. I love this place and I am willing to visit again when I need to repair something. Again, thank you so much.

Love, love LOVE their pendant selections! So many cool designs make for great presents for friends and family. I had a little trouble with my necklace chain and they were quick to resolve the issue for me in a very courteous manner. Very much recommend shopping at the Lougheed mall location

Received a necklace as a birthday gift from this company. The chain snapped within 3 weeks of wearing it while changing clothes. Their jewellery seems very fragile and not suitable for daily wear. Very poor communication and customer service while trying to resolve the issue.
