Got the worst customer service today. I just had a genuine question about the gift card purchase.The guy who was on cash was super rude and frustrated. I hope he learns little customer service for the future.

Manav S was very quick to help me. He knew what I was looking for. There were some product they didn't have in store and he gave me other options. I bought a nike tracksuit and bought shoes for my daughter, which he was able to find for me very quick. But of all, very pleasant, had a smile on face and great customer service. Nike needs more reps like him. Thank you again.

Professional staff but strange price matching policies. The cashier said they can't match the Nike website since they're franchised, which is annoying but fair. I left, came back, and I showed another cashier a 30% discount on the same pair of shorts from Sportchek but then he said they can only match up to 25% off, which is what the Nike website advertises and that they can match the Nike website... Extremely confusing

Disappointing experience at Metro Town Nike! Purchased shoes on Nov 13th, only to be denied a price adjustment during the 25% sale. Rude customer service didn't help. Luckily, I returned the shoes and bought the same pair at Brentwood Mall Nike, getting the discount I deserved! Receipt attached for proof. #Nike #PriceAdjustment #CustomerServiceMatters

Kudos to the manager on duty on the evening of 11/23 for excellent customer service. I came here to seek help regarding a fraudulent card transaction that happened here. It was near the closing time of the store, and the staff (including the manager) were clearly busy, but the manager went out of his way to help us and provide all the information within his ability.
To that manager (sorry I didn't get your name): I hope you can see this and know that I am very thankful for your help. To Nike: Thank you for having employees like this.

Range of items is not satisfactory. Pricing is certainly not value for money. Looks like Losing the mass appeal. During my college days we could be sure to find the right shoe good fit and happy price point, but now neither of it. They Need to introspect and learn to keep the speed of the wheels better late than never.

I was there this afternoon. I own 3 pairs of hand made nike biking shoes. I want to ask what nike latest offerings were. Approached a sales person and asked. She says 'no.' I asked do you know what I'm talking about. She turned and asked her Manger! I in turn, asked her. She says no. And I in turn asked do you know what I'm asking?.
She say' they running and traing shoes!' I ask her ' do you know what biking is?'. No response. She just went on her phone.
Caught BS'ing a customer.

Don’t buy anything from them.
They always have an excuse that this is franchise store not corporate and can’t do anything about it.

Cheap clothing. Brand has gone down the gutter but increased prices. Gave them a last chance purchasing a piece of athletic wear and 2 washes in the fabric already has a weird mark on it. Goodbye Nike.
