Who is TONERTECH? And why should I care ? Read on and you will be glad you did.
I am so grateful to this company for helping me understand what just happened to me. They didn’t focus on what the other company did to me. They focussed on giving me amazing customer service. For that I just knew I had to go with them to get a new cartridge. Before it went any further, they told me to call the company that I had purchased my cartridge from, to explain my problem, and to request that I get out of this contract immediately, and that I had no idea I was in any contract, and to be assured that I could use that printer with a different cartridge that I don’t purchase from them. I was told that once I got that sorted out, give Toner Tech a call and we’ll see how we can help you. And that’s how I became a customer of TonerTech.
If you need a new cartridge for your ink or toner printer, listen to this. Sometimes it feels like we’re all are being pulled in all directions with a carnival midway sales team telling us their product is better and faster and cheaper than all others. Maybe some of them work well for a business, but for home use, you will be tricked into thinking you need what many of them sell. But remember that our dollar is not going very far these days, so do your homework without all the noise of the sales teams wanting you to think you cannot live without their product.

He noticed that my printer cartridge was old and confirmed with me that my printer was working properly because it wouldn't make sense to pay for an ink refill if I needed to buy a new printer. His service was fast <1hr and he even came out to the parking lot to let me know it was ready. Excellent service and very professional! I would highly recommend him. 6 stars!”
