“I want to thank Nate and the team for there exceptional service. They did what they said they where going to do in the time they allowed. Two other benjamin moore stores couldn't do it. I it is also refreshing to walk into a paint store that isn't selling hardwood flooring and plumbing fixtures. Keep up the great work.”
“This is our neighbourhood store and it is always great to be able to support local. I only needed half a gallon and was advised that 2 quarts is cheaper. When I realized it would only be $3 cheaper I asked them to hold off tinting but she had already started. It turns out there is a sale on the gallon so advice given was based on regular price. They provided me with a refund for the difference between the sale discount and what I paid. They did not have to and I really appreciate the extra customer service. Thanks!”
“We had such a wonderful experience with this home makeover store! The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping you create a beautiful space. Their recommendations were thoughtful, practical, and perfectly suited to our style and needs. The level of service made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. It’s so nice to support a local business that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend! 🌟”
“Just purchased all the paint for my house from here and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Every interaction was met with incredible service. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made choosing colours and products so much easier. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for great customer service and expertise!”
“If you need help with paint, go see Ankit! I came in for a color match, and he handled it perfectly. Ankit is such a nice guy—his kindness and his smile really stand out. He has a wonderful way of talking with customers that is both professional and very appreciative.
It’s rare to find such excellent service these days. The whole team there is very nice, but Ankit’s positive energy made my day. Thank you for the great work!”
