“I’ve been to this UPS Store multiple times for a variety of services, including printing and mailing important, time-sensitive documents. Every time, the team has been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was done correctly and giving me confidence that my documents would arrive safely.

One experience, in particular, really stood out. I was expecting my passport to be returned to me and needed to update the delivery address. After being sent in circles between the UPS website, the billing department, and customer service, I still couldn’t get the issue resolved. It was an incredibly stressful situation.

Although the problem wasn’t the store’s responsibility, I went back as a last resort.
