“Steve at this location went above and beyond. It was late afternoon and I needed a package delivered the next morning in Toronto. In my stressed out situation I wrote down the wrong postal code which I realized an hour later, I called the store but the package already went out! Steve woke up first thing the next morning (before work) and worked with the Toronto side to correct the postal code and make sure the package got delivered in time. Reliable and stellar service.”

Great to see how they improved themselves and became a top notch printing company in the industry nowadays. My company and I have worked with them for years. They are very professional. If you know what you are doing in terms of design and print, you will get a very good result with their service. They may price a little bit higher, but if you print more in quantity, the price will be lower. We should be focused more on quality.”

In fact I have noticed that some customers come in with strong attitude, so I feel bad for the type of people they must have to deal with all day.I would add that as long as you as a customer is respectful, the service is also respectful.
