“Steve at this location went above and beyond. It was late afternoon and I needed a package delivered the next morning in Toronto. In my stressed out situation I wrote down the wrong postal code which I realized an hour later, I called the store but the package already went out! Steve woke up first thing the next morning (before work) and worked with the Toronto side to correct the postal code and make sure the package got delivered in time. Reliable and stellar service.”

“Great service and helpful. They have always been great in delivering my shipments to me and when I needed to circumvent the system, they helped. I had a shipment from Uline that I needed ASAP. They helped me arrange a change to pickup at their warehouse and it was seamless in getting this done. When I arrived the staff in the warehouse was already aware and most helpful. I certainly recommend them.”

“It’s strange reading the reviews for this ups store because I’ve worked in the area and go often to use their printing services, I’ve interacted with both of the female staff here and they’ve always been very kind and helpful. In fact I have noticed that some customers come in with strong attitude, so I feel bad for the type of people they must have to deal with all day.I would add that as long as you as a customer is respectful, the service is also respectful. I shouldn’t expect the staff to take on someone’s disrespectful or rude attitude.”
“I didn’t have a bad experience in here at all. I mean ground FedEx didn’t deliver my super heavy package and now I have to pick up myself sucks. If there’s a place I can give them rating, it would be 0 stars.But as for people working in the centre, they are quite friendly, even offered to use a cart to drag my package to parking for me because it is heavy. I didn’t wait in a long line either on a rainy/snowy Saturday morning (11 something in the morning)”
