“I had a mailbox at this store for over 10 years and had many packages delivered there during that time. It's clean and well organized and I've always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Even on days when they were extremely busy they would check my mail for me when I had forgotten to bring my keys. The comments about rude staff are likely from people who are themselves very rude and impatient. I've witnessed such people behaving poorly and blaming staff for their own mistakes, like improper packaging of an item, or lack of information like a tracking number. I once witnessed a character get upset because they wouldn't give him a package that wasn't addressed to him, and he was holding up everyone else in the process. The staff was being polite but I was close to hauling him out of the store myself.”

“I didn’t have a bad experience in here at all. I mean ground FedEx didn’t deliver my super heavy package and now I have to pick up myself sucks. If there’s a place I can give them rating, it would be 0 stars.But as for people working in the centre, they are quite friendly, even offered to use a cart to drag my package to parking for me because it is heavy. I didn’t wait in a long line either on a rainy/snowy Saturday morning (11 something in the morning)”
