Every time, the team has been patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was done correctly and giving me confidence that my documents would arrive safely.
One experience, in particular, really stood out. I was expecting my passport to be returned to me and needed to update the delivery address. After being sent in circles between the UPS website, the billing department, and customer service, I still couldn’t get the issue resolved. It was an incredibly stressful situation.
Although the problem wasn’t the store’s responsibility, I went back as a last resort. Brian immediately stepped in, contacted UPS on my behalf, and advocated for me until he finally reached someone in customer service who was able to update my address. His willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference.
