So I come in with some questions and this cute Asian boy named regan just had these big beautiful muscles with this perfect smile and a voice that could make anyone's day better came to my rescue like a knight in shining armor and helped me in ways you couldn't imagine he got rid of all my problems and helped me to the highest degree I went home and had a dream of him that night I woke up almost sad that the dream wasn't real life and it made me want to go back to the location just to see him one more time maybe I will... maybe I won't... all I know is he will forever be in my mind

Tellers and advisors were very helpful with my errands at Prospera. Explained everything in full and even shared useful tips to minimize my banking fees and get better interest rates. Regan in particular was very knowledgeable and I will be banking with him again.

I was selling a cpu to a person that uses this bank. The etransfer wouldn't go through after 4 times, then was completely declined despite him having enough fund for the 5th time. I requested the money and the bank decided to just cancel it on his behalf. Absolutely a joke of a service, this bank does the stupidest decision on others behalf for zero reason

I have been a member for many years, but since the mirage the service has been deployable.They will not allow me to e transfer apparently it's for my own protection. They pulled an e transfer of 3,000.00 a month ago it as of August 1st has not been returned to me. They have asked me what I needed my money for, who I was sending it to, my relationship to the person, It's an insulting inquisition.

I have had an account here for 8+ years, they were fine up until I requested a loan from them.The "loan expert" Maria Buraga, (who is usually at their River District branch) seemed fine at first until she lied about starting my application and proceeded to have me jump through numerous hoops for no reason. She constantly had to "call me back" to speak to her manager to confirm things. Told me I was rejected from a line of credit because I was too young, and thats "not a good way to build equity" None of which were opinions that I did not asked for nor mattered for my use case. In order to secure the personal loan that we painfully got to after the ageism they required multiple contracts on the use of this loan to ensure thats what I was actually using it for, and not to consolidate loans or buy things with, which you could also use a personal loan for.Needless to say I never went with them for the loan and VERY EASILLY got the loan at a different institution, without any hoops at all.I did manage to get Karen Jawanda's email who is the branch manager to both Metrotown and River district. Thinking that this was the best person to speak to I detailed my horrible experience and she told me that even though my credit and income are excellent, this would be my first loan and that they require "25% of ones net worth" which seems weird that their loan expect would not know their own requirements. Karen also did not see anything wrong with Maria's behavior and then asked me "can you tell be [sic] what it is that you are looking for?"Thanks Karen, I obviously did not find this worth responding back to and will be leaving this bank. I suggest you don't waste your time with them.
