Honestly had a terrible experience dealing with RBC online and through the phone lines. Fortunately I was finally able to resolve my issues after dealing with an agent at this branch named Edmund Lu. I dealt with 7 previous agents over the phone who all brushed me off but I felt like Edmund really went out of his way to find a solution to my problem.

I was dealing with an issue regarding my RBC account. Despite me booking the wrong type of bank appointment at this location, Edmund Lu stepped up for RBC to resolve an issue that RBC Customer Service could not. Edmund is an exceptional advisor with great communication and timeliness. He was considerate of my time and past efforts dealing with RBC, and provided good clarity on the matter. He should be recognized for his exemplary customer service.

Hi Management,Royal bank is the largest bank in Canada but don't know why the tellers are working so slow especially this branch. As per my experience in past year, it takes 5-8 mins per client and most the time is only 2 tellers. Sometimes, the waiting queue almost upto the bank's entry door (11:00pm - 4:00pm).Hoping the management level can be improved their working attitude or arrangements. TD or BNS is much better and more organized than Royal Bank.It's a serious problem and please don't disregard.Thank you.

I always had good experience with this bank, the assistant manager( young gentleman with glasses) is super helpful always and good in building relationships. I have been banking with this branch for many years and the only RBC I visit. They always here to resolve issues and not give troubles like other banks.

Probably one of the worst RBC offices there’s always a line up, they have 7 spots for cashiers but there’s always only 2-3 working. Might as well close this office

If I could give it a 0 star I would. No customer service phone assistance just hours of ringing.They lost replacement ATM card, so 2 months without a card and still waiting. I even had a teller tell me she hated working there because people complain about the bank all day.How about we all hope on to google maps and give RBC a 1 star rating. Maybe they would take their customers a bit more seriously if they had a national rating of 1 star.

Huge shout out to Kari for her amazing support! I had received a RBC notification that the phone number on my account had been changed. I immediately called in to the RBC support line to report the fraudulent activity. The RBC support line was not helpful at all since they just dismissed the security concern by claiming that I had made the change myself. A month later this led to my account being locked.Kari was very empathetic about my situation, was quick to resolve the issue, and followed up with me as promised.RBC, fix your security processes! It would be great if there was a feature where customers could see all devices/clients where the RBC account is logged in from - this would help your customer service agents to properly identify fraudulent access.

While I appreciate that this branch is open on Saturdays, and that I was able to speak with Kyle Chang shortly after entering the building, I don't feel he provided good service. He did not provide a useful solution to my problem. While I don't think this is entirely Mr. Chang's fault, it's partially a product of a banking system that turns humans into numbers, advisors like Mr. Chang and customers like myself included, I would have appreciated if he had done more.

Good bank, but slow service. Lined up out the door, and only 2 of 11 tellers open. All the while, Financial Advisors were sitting in their offices chatting and laughing. Can't they support their clients when super busy?

I've been an rbc client for around 15 years and this has to be one of the slowest branches I've been to. Despite having 8 teller desks, there's only ever been 2 people anytime I go in.This is one of the few RBC branches in the area, and it's a fairly busy area. I've gone multiple times after 3:30pm (that's when I get off work) and I've had to wait at least 15 mins every time.

They don't do change for no retailers that are neighbors with them, talk about not friendly bank..Only accepts clients, so if you do not have an account with them expect to be not welcomed there. Not right especially every other banks I know will accept cash in exchange for loose change. I know some banks limit you with 100 dollars cash exchange but not this RBC, so all retailers near by with no account with them expect them not to exchange or do anything for you unless you got an account with them.
