I visited RBC to ask for my options on installment plans and they didn't help me with any information saying that I should call the customer service number on my credit card and after I called the customer service they told me we can book you an appointment with the branch to explain you it's an endless cycle of nonsense and poor service not recommended

I’d give this 0 stars if I could. I’ve had to resort to this RBC location on multiple occasions for different services (including wire transfers, mortgage rates, card issues) due to it being my closest location and haven’t had one positive experience.From 30+ minute wait times for walk-ins irrespective of purpose of visit, to rude, slow, and inept staff members, the ATM machines are the only redeeming aspect I can think of. As a regular customer of several other banks in the vicinity, it’s beyond me how this location manages to be this distinctly terrible.

Highly Inefficient branch.Even if you have an appointment with them, you still need to stand in the line just to let them know that you have arrived.Generally, this is handled by someone else and there is no line for this in other branches.Apart from this, during my appointment I was told to stand in the line again because Lanna ding wanted the task to be done by her associate.

This review is for Doug the bank teller whom I had the pleasure of speaking with today about my banking needs. I had previously had the absolute worst banking experience of my life with the rbc branch down the road on edmonds with the assistant branch manager olimpia who is undeserving of the title of assistant branch manager from how she handled the situation. On the other hand, Doug made things right, he was calm, polite, professional, and understood and empathized and resolved the issues. Although the branch on edmonds absolutely destroyed any trust, goodwill, reputation that I had of rbc that resulted in me closing my account completely, I was very grateful for my experience at this branch with Doug and am glad that everything is finally resolved.

This branch potentially stole $500 from my checking account. I was trying to deposit $500 cash and last minute wanted to keep $50, so 450 was my final deposit. But somehow in the process, the teller couldn’t fully understand what I was trying to achieve - for a long time she thought I wanted a withdrawal of $500. Once home in the after hours, I was checking my records and it looks like she withdrew the $500 without replacing it and then just deposited my $450… what is this incompetency?! And now I’m having a hard time to reach the branch by phone and can’t leave work either. I’m extremely disappointed in RBC as a whole too for being so hard to reach over the phone because of that silly AI and the long wait times that easily get disconnected without a call back. I’m ready to switch banks, no trust

I'm taking a person with mobility issues to the bank. I called to ask about parking. The robot that answered the phone couldn't transfer me. After ten minutes of asking for a human, I hung up. Worst. Robot. Ever.

Terrible branch, people working there have no idea what they doing. I would assume that if you are working with peoples money and life savings you would be more educated and competent in your job. this is not selling sleepers on the street, this is RBC… The teller didn’t know what she was doing at all and the manager that came to help her had no clue either. Try avoiding this branch and RBC all together.

Visited this branch for ID verification for the newly opened account. Email clearly mentioned just visit any branch to get that done. But the front desk was not ready to take it up without an appointment and mentioned it's a miscommunication.Their attitude was miscommunication is not their issue and I have to take an appointment and come another day. They are not valuing our time at all. So dropped the plan to open the account.

Had the most unbelievable experience today with a bank teller and the manager. Firstly the teller says that he can’t exchange my US $10 dollar bill because it looks too “ bendy”. I was a little shocked at this and asked to speak to the manager Joslyn, who then said her coworker did ask her and she agreed with him that they don’t take “ faded” looking currency. I could understand if the note had holes in it or was ripped but this was absolutely fine?!I hardly ever go in to the bank as they are quite slow but could not believe how arrogant and rude the manager was. She had absolutely no customer facing or conflict resolution skills and I’m so tempted to take my business elsewhere. I have never ever heard of a bank refusing currency because it looked “ bendy” or “ faded”. It was also odd that they used different words to describe what the exact issue was. It could be that this branch only go out of their way for clients from China!

Waited for 25 minutes and there were only two people to assist. The front customer service guys (two people) were over loaded and the senior management sitting at the back don't care!
