Fruit pack normally has cream cheese inside package. Surprisingly for the cost people pay, pack has now a plastic of mayonnaise inside as a substitute. My wife really like this fruit pack so will double check now every time

my recent visit to this superstore left me feeling frustrated. I intended to purchase an item prominently labeled "on sale," only to find it rang up at full price at the cash register. Despite waiting about 15-20 minutes for staff to confirm the discrepancy, the head cashier refused to honor the advertised price.While I understand mistakes can occur, I was disappointed by the lack of resolution and the inconvenience caused. Honoring the shelf price is basic practice in the retail market, and I expected better service

I’m a regular customer of this store. But I have to say, the customer service staff did not have customer service at all. Two times I went to customer service, and both times the staff were talking to each other, and didn’t notify me that they could serve me. Interesting that the customer service people even didn’t know they should say “hello” back or “how can I help you” when I said “hello” to them. Instead of greeting customers or responding to customers, they just stared at you. I was confused about their attitude to customers. Today one staff even rolled his eyes when explaining things. I ended up not buying anything from this store.

Trust me when I say that this is the “best”grocery store you can go to if you want to get scammed for your money. The customer services staff and the manager there are the most incompetent and condescending people I have ever met with absolutely zero ounce of compassion for their customers. They claim that all cosmetics are final sale and yet there are no mentioning of this so-called policy anywhere in their store nor on their website. There are no testers or samples which allows you to try out the products for potential reactions, so if you happen to become severe allergic to any of their products, then you’re in luck because all these people can do for you is to press a few buttons on their precious walkie talkies and regurgitate whatever was passed onto them like a bunch of monkeys. One of the customer service staff even rolled her eyes when I told her that I had a allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital for treatment. And don’t even get me started about the all high and mighty store manager who couldn’t even be bothered to talk to their customers in person when one of their store employees has clearly mislead their customers into thinking that their refund policy is a lenient one. Honestly I would avoid this hell-hole as much as you can, there are better stores around with staff who genuinely care about the well-being of their customers and a manager who’s not just a face on a piece of paper.

Customer service are terrible in this location. I called couple times what they did is just hang up the call it was 22:10 to 22:15. Whoever working that time for customer service was very rude. She kept to sigh, not let me speak, and almost yelling since I called couple time already. (Because they keep hanging up before anyone talk or pick up the call)Only I asked is please transfer someone who can answer if they have that item or not. When I call North Vancouver location, he was super polite and directly transfer someone who can answer questions.Again, I just wanted to ask if they have inventory of some items that other location didn’t have. We went two different location but they didn’t have that’s why I called before I do extra trip there.I understand long hours shifts or hard work but I didn’t do anything to her. Why she had to yell at me?
