New to the area and came in to get my first pair of Blundstone boots, I'm so glad I bought them here and not online. Lisa, the manager, was so incredibly helpful finding me a style that fits well. She is very knowledgeable about how they fit and what style would work best with my foot shape, and made sure I knew how to take care of them before I left. She knows her product very well and is patient and doesn't make you feel like she's just upselling. Will definitely recommend and bring anyone here who needs new boots, I'll be back when it's time to invest in some good hiking boots.

I recently stopped in at Reddhart on Kingsway Road in Vancouver, and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out in the best way. Lisa, the person who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, always smiling 😊, and immediately made me feel comfortable.
I told her what I was looking for, and she didn’t waste a second. She walked me straight over to the exact item, explained the details about the garment, and even told me about the brand and who makes it. That kind of product knowledge is rare these days and really showed her expertise. She wasn’t just pointing me to something on the rack — she gave me confidence in what I was buying and made the whole experience enjoyable.
The store itself had a great selection, well laid out and easy to browse, but the highlight of my visit was definitely the customer service. Lisa struck the perfect balance of being friendly and approachable without being pushy. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in their work.
I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase and my visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again, and I’ll definitely recommend Reddhart Kingsway to friends and family looking for high-quality workwear or casual clothing 👖👕. Five stars all the way!

I had a great experience at Reddhart. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient, and very professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had quite a few), and made sure I found the right pair of boots for my needs. I really appreciated her knowledge and the way she guided me through the options without any pressure. I dropped by looking to try on a few different models of Canada West work boots. I was pleasantly surprised that they had each model (and size) in-stock and ready to go!
Brittany was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried on several different boots and sizes. She never pressured me, tried to up-sell or seemed annoyed when I asked for another size or model.
Sadly, these Canada West boots will probably last a few years so my next visit to Reddhart will have to be for something else. Thanks for the great service!!

Excellent selection of quality work boots, insole inserts and socks, and attentive service and good product knowledge from Lisa. Make thIs your first stop for serious work boots.
They have wide range os sizes and can order in if you're size isn't in stock.
Carry made-in-Canada brands Royer and Canada West Boot as well as Keen and Blundstones.
Store is just east of Sussex Ave on North side of Kingsway and across from Metrotown Mall.

Lovely customer service by Lisa. The shoe varieties are awesome. Ranging from very comfortable as well as light steeltoed shoes and boots to simple leather boots and shoes too. Got a really light keen for myself with ankle cover.
