The staff was rude seem like they wanted to chat with each other but when customer ask for help one of the staff member told me we don’t have enough staff on the floor so help your selfI have been shopping with Reitmans for many years but this time I did not have a great experience with this location

Reitmans carries a wide range of elegant clothing and accessories collection for all age groups of adult women. The staff is very warm and helpful and acquaints you with good deals as you walk in. Flora is a very sweet and cheerful person. She guides me with her great sense of size and style selection.

I went this weekend and the experience was perfect, the staff is very helpful, specially Isabelle, she is very kind and she offered an excellent customer service, I bought a pair of pants and tops with super deals!!! Thanks

These staff are so rude. I JUST called right now to confirm if they had a dress in stock and the woman said "i already called earlier and how can i help you this time" i told her i didnt call but i could give her a style number and she said "i have time, i can wait awhile for you". The worst customer service ever. I just hung up in disbelief. I am working at a mall right now and looking for THIS dress. Trash.

This is the second time I came to store with my mom...all staff members are very friendly and energetic... Especially Floura..she went above and beyond to choose and guide products for my mom...we especially came for her and i highly encourage customers who are reading my review that this is best store in town and excellent customer service especially Floura... thank you again...

I recently visited Reitmans at the Marine Way location in Burnaby, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff members who made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. The positive first impression continued throughout my entire shopping trip.One of the first things that caught my attention was how neat and organized the store was. The displays were well-maintained, and the clothing was neatly arranged, making it easy for me to browse through the various options available. The clean and organized environment enhanced my overall shopping experience and added to the pleasant atmosphere.One staff member in particular, named Jane, went above and beyond to assist me. She helped me get set up to try on new clothes and made sure I had everything I needed. Not only did she provide excellent customer service, but she also offered valuable style recommendations, suggesting different combinations and outfits that I could mix and match. Jane's expertise and attention to detail made the shopping experience enjoyable and helped me make more informed choices.When it was time to make my purchase, Faby stepped in to provide further assistance. She went out of her way to ensure I got the best deal possible, taking the time to explain any ongoing promotions or discounts available. Faby's dedication to helping customers find the best value for their money was evident, and I greatly appreciated her efforts.Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience I had at Reitmans - Marine Way, Burnaby.The friendly staff, the well-organized store, and the exceptional customer service provided by Jane and Faby truly made a difference. I’m really sad that Reitman’s no longer carries Tall in their stores, but the staff was able to order my Tall jeans online for me. Order went in on Tuesday afternoon and I just received them at my home Thursday morning! Excellent service and so fast! Now if they would only bring back Tall to the stores…

poor customer service at this store. They only care about making the $$$, not customers. They did not mention about the promo in their store. I only know about it because i saw their sign. Then they refused to give it to me because I don't have an email that have this promo barcode that they want. Promo is only for $30 for god sakes. If its an in store promo, why would I even get an email about it. NO ATTEMPTS OR EFFORTS to make customers happy. Get rid of the store manager please. Also, the sales lady tells me that penningtons is only their sister store after mentioning I got better service from Penningtons. Who in the world DOES NOT know that? Its all under one umbrella right? Poor customer service skill!

Very, very, very unpleasant experience. Long story short: I tried on a few outfits, and without realizing it, I must have accidentally removed the tag while I was taking off an “on sale” oversized coat. The employee gave me 3 warnings/lectures, which I initially did not take offense and agreed and apologize, but by the 3rd time it was getting very upsetting. I find this experience very intolerable, and will not shop at any Reitmens in the future, but I want to give my opinion on this for the store: (1) Employees please do not hound customers as they try on clothes-accident happens, it is not intentional (LET IT GO), (2) MANAGERS, please do not be so intimidating and “yell at your employees” when this happens - for Christ sake-accident happens.

I went in today to look for specific jeans. Although my size wasnt there, i was assisted by Faby who helped me order the size i was looking for. She took her time, was very thorough and very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured to buy, and was not rushed in the least. The store was very clean, organized and the atmosphere was light and cheerful, which cant be said for every store. I will definitely go back! Thank-you again Faby!!

I visited the store on Marine Drive today - I was impressed by the organization of the store even clearance! There were 2 people working and both were courteous and helpful. I will definitely return to this location!

I don't write reviews normally but the service I received was too appalling for me not to. The older lady (shorter side) who I assume is the manager was so rude and offered resistance to help. I first went to ask if they had another size in a shirt I found in the store, and the younger lady working (who was super nice & very helpful) immediately offered to look on the computer, but the older lady very tartly said to me since it's on sale so whatever is out is all there is- not even trying to help. Then when I asked for a refund on a belt I bought online she rudely told me that accessories are on final sale. Kept repeating "it's final sale" while interrupting me as I was saying that it never said that online when I made the purchase. She literally told me that if I have an issue with the website that's not her problem & I can go somewhere else. She then continues to glare at me and won't even budge to apologize or help- not even offering a size exchange. Like excuse me? I'm not expecting much here other than to be treated civilly like a decent human being would. So disgusted by her attitude.You are working in customer service- if you can't even do the basics of your job which is being nice to your customers, why are you here? Honestly the younger lady working is a way better fit for a manager- please promote her. I've been a long time reitmans customer but after the way I was treated today I don't feel like coming back.

Manager Faby is rude and has no customer service. I was going to get a sweater for my wife and heard her raise her voice and be rude to another customer. She told the customer that they can't do returns and that she was Faby, the manager. I will not spend my money at a place where the management is so rude! I walked out! Absolutely abysmal and unacceptable!

I am not one to provide any feedback on shopping experiences - but the experience I had at your location on Marine Way couldn’t go on without me mentioning anything. The service was fantastic! I was warmly welcomed and a lady (I think could have been the manager) was extremely helpful in providing me guidance on what to buy for my mom and sister. Even though there was no size available on what I personally wanted (which happened to be what the manager was wearing) she kindly offered to order it for me. It is truly nice to know there is still great customer service considering the hesitation I see in other stores towards helping customers due to the pandemic.
