I have been shopping from Reitmans since more than eight years. I had very different experience since these people have changed here in Metrotown. They are not welcoming and very rude and not good customer service. I bought the cross body bag and I used my birthday coupon for that bag, then decided to change and buy the smaller the belt one because it looks bigger than I thought. I went to Reitmans to changed that bag and I asked can I use birthday coupon and it is going to expire on July 21, but she was so rude to me and said no to me, you can't use your birthday coupon giving lot of lectures about policies. I just return that bag and left. I missed those people who were before them. they were very cooperative and were providing very good customer services.

I am a regular at Reitmans and i always find that Kowsar constantly goes out of her way to help me favorably . Excellent customer care.

I went into this store for the first time ever and I was so happy to have found things that fit me properly. I've had many people tell me to come and shop here so I took that chance yesterday and I was so happy. great customer service and a great sale going on right now! I left a happy customer and will definitely be coming back!

This is not the first time that I have visited this location and there is a reason why I kept coming back to specific location.I always have pleasant interactions with the staff in this location. Whenever I ask for help with choosing something, they always come to my help. So thank you very much!Special mention to Miss Elmira. Thank you for helping me dress properly for my job interview. I got the job! Thank you very much. I hope you don't get tired helping your customers.Planning on coming back to shop for a dress for my upcoming graduation.

Hi, my wife had a really bad experience with this store today. She went to exchange a pant which was defective. There were 2 girls who were present at the store were very unprofessional. They told her to call customer care which took another 20 mins. They told to contact the store. My wife had valid bill and she was asking for the exchange as the product had some issue. It’s just a matter of few dollars but I am really unhappy with the service and unprofessional rude staff. There are many better brands in the Mall. Stay away from this store.

Decent selection in-store, even better selection online. The change rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are somewhat helpful when you need to find your size. However, I dislike bringing returns in because the staff always have a cold attitude when doing a return for me. Recently I was even told I couldn't return my items because I bought them outside of the extended holiday return period, which was untrue and I had to correct the salesperson about the correct dates. In other stores, the staff have a better attitude when you do a return.
