I don’t know her name but the pharmacist with long black hair and glasses is the absolute best! She’s knowledgeable, so kind and sweet, and she’s always helpful. I always come to Rexall when I need advices hoping to find her!
Also all the girls at the post office, incredible service and super friendly!

What is with the grudge over a stapler? Very rude cashier who seems to have an issue when all I asked was simple request of stapling my paper bag so the stuff won't spill out. Other cashier's have no problem doing it so why do you have an issue with it?

Pharmacist Grace displayed a rude and uncompassionate attitude when I walked in desperately trying to get medicine today. I arrived at the store around 8:05 PM and requested the prescribed medicine at the counter and informed her that my partner, who was waiting in the car, urgently needed painkillers. Despite this, she told me to go to another pharmacy. She even tried to stop the intern who was willing to help me. When I requested her to make an exception, she arrogantly refused, claiming it was closing time, though it was not.
I was so frustrated with her attitude that I had to call the assistant manager, Aaron, to get her to give me the medicine. Even then, she told Aaron that I'll have to wait 30 minutes, despite there being no line. She also claimed that my partner had bought the same tablets on a certain date, but when I checked with my partner, I found this was not true. My partner had been prescribed those tablets but had never bought them. Grace wasted over 30 minutes, keeping someone waiting for urgently needed medication, just to satisfy her ego. Apart from that she dint add the bill to the insurance, asked me to do it manually. I finally left the store around 8:40 PM. I really commend the genuine care that the intern and the AM Aaron showed. If it were not for the assistant store manager, Grace would have made me leave without the tablets. Looking at the rating and reviews, i doubt if the store leadership cares.
I will be lodging a complaint with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Such people do not deserve to be in the noble medical profession.

The prices here are ridiculous, most things are almost double what they should be. Boycott this place along with loblaws, the corporate greed is disgusting.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. I bought medicine in the store and had to wait, but they didn't let me use the washroom. I also explained to them that I was in a hurry. I understand that there are no public washroom, but as a store manager, your attitude is Very bad and made me feel very uncomfortable

2 weeks in a row i went into Rexall Drug Store in Metrotown. This past Thurs the female pharmacist was very helpful & kind in helping find Ice-Gel taking me right to where it was on the shelf. I was very impressed with the excellence in CS. Along with Lisa at the cash till. The week before another male pharmacist helped answering my ?s about Aleve. Another staff directed to where it was. Both experiences demonstrate the excellence in cs & they really care about how I felt. I feel i vey likely will return. This is an excellent drug store with very kind staff & pharmacy dept. I am grateful to for the staff there who truly care for people with needs of pain. Thanks for being so wonderful all the staff there.

We bought a 300$ prepaid visa gift card from Rexall at Station Square.We shop there regularly but this is the first time we bought a gift card.As we realized later after talking to the gift receiver we got scammed and by the time the card was activated almost all 300$ were stolen from some IT company in Egypt . This is ridiculous experience and I can’t believe such thefts can happen when buying at such reputable place like Rexall .The store manager is providing assistance to resolve this issue . Hopefully, this can be figured out .
