We bought a 300$ prepaid visa gift card from Rexall at Station Square.We shop there regularly but this is the first time we bought a gift card.As we realized later after talking to the gift receiver we got scammed and by the time the card was activated almost all 300$ were stolen from some IT company in Egypt . This is ridiculous experience and I can’t believe such thefts can happen when buying at such reputable place like Rexall .The store manager is providing assistance to resolve this issue . Hopefully, this can be figured out .

After initial very poor experiences with the pharmacy I'd say they've recovered my trust again. Thanks to the hard work of the Pharmacist and her listening skills and empathy. Much appreciated

I booked an appointment to have my CoViD and Flu shots today at 10am at Rexall, Station Square, Burnaby. I was early and after waiting until 10:25am, I left as the person giving the injections was still struggling to register everyone’s care cards and didn’t communicate that there would be a significant delay. I asked for my driver’s licence back, she cancelled my appointment, but my health gateway shows that I received the shots, which is problematic for when I book to have them somewhere else. My previous four CoViD vaccinations were seemless elsewhere. Today was more complicated than it should have been. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Unlike Erica and the rest of the pleasant staff which come across very professional, calm and nice; Samon is tarnishing the hard gained reputation of Erica (Manager). Samon is very impolite, disrespectful and comes across very unprofessional. I highly recommend avoid encountering her as she starts harassing and accusing regardless of the patient’s health condition or age.Highly recommend NOT TO DEAL with SAMON.

I came here looking for a specific brand of alcohol in a pump but they no longer have it in stock. They have great mark downs on disinfectants and baby supplies which I didn't realize they have good deals on. So whenever I need to pick up these items next time, I will make sure to check here as well. Plus customer services was impressive.

I went to buy a product from Rexall store today around 4 pm. After buying, since its the first time, witj doctors presecription I asked the cashier whether we can get the bill seperate for providing the receipt for insurance purpose. Instead of providing a solution I got a rude reply and was told that he can give same receipt again. Since I am buying medicine for the first time, I was shocked to see the behavior of the staff. Initially I asked the same person where I can find the product, and he replied too loud in arrogant way.Even when asked at the pharmacy about a product, they have no clue about the same, instead told to search in an aisle. When I went to the aisle it was wrong aisle they mentioned.Will never come this store again.Totally bad customer experience

Review is for the pharmacy, came here to pick up some prescriptions for my girlfriend after her surgery. Jackie was very friendly and helpful in explaining how to use everything!

Honestly didn't expect such good service but my wife came in here to find perfume and didn't know which scent suited her. This kind Chinese woman named Idy or ivy was superb and so kind. she gave so much advice to her and was very patient. We need more people like her in the store.

Very rude, disrespectful, and aggressive staff members, I wasn’t able to find some medicine and asked for help, nobody helped on the side they are being very rude saying you have eyes figure it out by your self.Welcome to Rexall.

I’m unsure why the security guard was having a bad day but he was.Made the whole visit uncomfortable for myself and my partner.I have had bad experiences blackbird security at other store and this continues to be a trend. I hope hiring stores take note of this, and review the impact of profiling on minority groups.

they don’t let you return damaged products even if you have credit card online payment proof and they barely have any staff around to help they say they don’t record card payment

Staff and management are EXCELLENT! Have been visiting for years, always a splendid experience. Great store, very similar to Shoppers! Edwin in particular has been VERY helpful throughout and we always tend to have a nice chat with him! Thank you and keep up the bright vibes ?
