Disrespectful staff. I was asking for the item’s color. She didn’t even look at me to answer and just assumed I asked for the discounted items.

It was a good experience to visit this store. I went to get a pant for my old suit from India. Sapna was very helpful . Her customer service was above and beyond. I was happy when I left the store because I got the thing I wanted to get and the best service .

I love the store. Quality is good. Price is reasonable. Style is nice! I forgot to mention that customer service is really great too!
I know it says maternity here but it doesn't sell just maternity clothes. In fact majority is not maternity clothes. It's more for business, casual or business chic.

I stopped in yesterday, desperately looking for a shirt for a work event that evening and Angela and the team came to the rescue. Angela went above and beyond and even steamed the shirt for me, after spending time sorting out a time consuming return I had to do as well. All with a smile on her face, expressing sheer kindness. I wish I lived closer, I would be shopping here on the regular. This store was also very clean and well stocked. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

I swooped in this morning to grab a blazer for an upcoming family Christmas get together, and had a 5-star shopping experience from start to finish. All staff were extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and extremely accommodating. Nandini (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was absolutely stellar and made me feel valued, so I’d like to highlight her today. She even offered to order me an item that wasn’t present in the store when I inquired about such during the checkout process. It felt like such a personalized shopping experience and truly made me feel valued and appreciated. I’m so happy that I came here today, and thanks again to all the wonderful staff here. You all rock!

I shop here regularly. This time I wanted to return 2 jackets that didn’t fit. Unbeknownst to me they were in final sale, so no return, exchange or refund. The initial sales associate was trying to be understanding, but the second person had a very dismissive attitude. Bad customer service. It’s not necessarily the message, it is how it is delivered.

I wanted to do a price adjustment.The manager lied that gift receipts are not eligible for price adjustment. However I read on RW website that you can get price adjustment with the original or GIFT receipt. Shame! Never coming back to this store.
