Super poor experience in ths experience store! I pre-ordered the S24 plus on the 24 of Jan, and they said no shipment updated yet. I do not know why the new cell phone is still out of stock even if this is the official experience store.

Bad store. A day prior i called for a screen protector and they said its available. I travelled the whole way and then they said its not available come again.Another day i came, to change a screen guard they asked 1hr. Which is a minute job.Pretty bad customer service.

We are extremely dissatisfied with both the Samsung refrigerator and the customer service provided. Initially, they sold us a product with a defective part (the compressor). It's been 18 months since the purchase, so the refrigerator itself is not under warranty, but the compressor still is. Samsung's response was that they could send the part, which costs around $200, but we would have to cover the labor costs, amounting to approximately $500-$800. We were understandably upset that the product was sold with a defective part and puzzled as to why we should be responsible for the labor costs. Despite our need for the refrigerator, we agreed to pay for the labor. However, it has been more than a week, and they are still unable to find a service center to perform the replacement. In total, we have been more than three weeks without a refrigerator. Please be cautious of both the quality of the products and the level of customer service they provide. We are very disappointed and the situation has caused significant stress for our family. Ultimately, we were forced to purchase a new refrigerator.

Don't take protection plan. After you bring a broken device they charge you extra for technician.

You can try out a variety of Samsung's high-end mobile phones and see the various colors with your own eyes. There are a lot of employees, so if you have any questions, you can contact us right away. What is disappointing is that it is not available in other cities such as Coquitlam or Surrey.

Pre order my S24 ultra on January 19/2024 and it's February 19/2024 with no signs of receiving my device anytime soon. They keep blaming Samsung for the delay of shipment when they are the SAMSUNG STORE ?. They always mentioning I will be contacted but at this rate, I should just pre order the S25 Ultra right now

Brendon was amazing....he's one of the amazing technicicans that works there at this location. I needed service on a dead pixel on my fold 4. He looked at it explained ALL the options and got it fixed in less than 24hrs. He's awesome,knows his stuff, and outstanding customer service ?

S24 had a mainboard issue right out of the box and wouldn't connect to wifi.Went to the nearest Samsung Experience Store and they confirmed it has a mainboard issue but couldn't exchange the phone right in the store and they wanted me to call Samsung Support and ship the phone back to get a replacement (who knows how long this will take especially since it's an online exclusive colour and Samsung only gives you 21 days to ship your trade-in back to them otherwise they'll charge you full price)I can't exchange the phone in-store for any other S24 (I don't care about the colour at this point) but I can return it for a full refund in-store since it's within the 15 day return policy (They said something about the phone is an online order and since I didn't buy from their store, it won't match their stock...what?)Returned the phone in-store and saved my money instead of going through extra hoops to get an exchange, no complaints against the staff but what's the point of Samsung Experience Stores?At least the refund was quick

The staff is very friendly and trained to clarify any doubts. The only inconvenience is the store is a bit small and sometimes you have to wait outside to be attended.
