Save on used to pride itself on it's gluten free section and it was good...the word to focus on is 'was'....was sorely disappointed this Thanksgiving to find no gluten free sausage plus they have taken the gluten free section out completely and thrown whatever gluten free stuff they had out with the rest of the food so, you have to search for every single item and they no longer carry half of them!!!! THEY SUCK FOR GLUTEN FREE NOW!!!!!!

Save-on-Foods sales persons are touching customers however and whenever they want. It was this person, I remember the piercing on the bottom lip. Photo was taken today, May 04, 2024, around 9:20 pm.
This person still works at this Save-on-foods store the management has taken no action.

I keep my phone on face-time with a friend when entering the store and shopping for *security* purposes. Loss prevention does not equal stalking, in my opinion.
In regards to other reviews I am seeing, please take note there is an independent, legal authority who investigates and takes complaints/reports about inappropriate "security" behavior.

I visited the store aroun 5:00pm Aug 14th.The cashier lady did not ask me that I have the rewards card and telling me the payment. Isn’t she supposed to ask me that I have the rewards card?
I almost pay $3 more cause cashier decides to not ask to a customer about rewards card.
You’re company should charge the name to “Don’t care a customer save or not”

Tiny little narrow checkouts that you are forced to use as the self checkouts don't recognized more rewards barcodes on phones. Seems to be the only location where this is an issue.

Whomever the night manager is should be fired. They left their Garbage Compressor or whatever that loud thing is in the back on all night long. August 8, 2024. The damn thing made grinding loud noises all night. We live accross the street and couldn’t sleep at all. I hope they take some kind of action, because this is rediculous. It’s a week night, and some of us have work in the morning ??

Some of be bulk food dispensers have gotten pretty gross at the bottom of the inside (e.g., dark chocolate almonds), it would be great if the staff could consider cleaning it ?

Ii witnessed on Asian manger old guy treating one new worker like very unprofessional I was sad to see that I informed one of the cashier and she said he’s a manger and her face was saying a lot about him but didn’t mention anything I told her god help you with that kinda manger the company should watch out for thier employees and make sure they have good manger’s who treat people with respect
