Just contacted Scotia Dealer Advantage this morning to see about support during a government mandated closure for all businesses her in Calgary, Alberta. NO SUPPORT was offered as a COVID-19 relief program, very disappointing that they are not prepared and don't look after their accounts. Stay FAR away people!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Horrible service , the support center told me the reason they don’t pick up the phones today is because they are busy , but when I visited today it was an empty bank the manager is never their to pick up the phone , I’ve called countless times . And they are not supportive of students Who need help . Very dissapointed.

the only bank on campus... always overloaded of people and requests. most of clients are student anyway, they make the opening process almost like pulling teeth.... go for another branch
