theres never a line up at this branch, very quick service. however, there are a lot of new trainees here i notice (maybe high turnover?), but everyone's very nice. good branch and fast service. good home branch.

Oh wow! Opened an account at this branch yesterday and the experience was great. Huge thanks to Jasmine for making the process so painless and taking the time to explain everything so clearly. So happy to have this wonderful branch in the neighborhood.

Ever since I switched over from another bank, I have received helpful assistance related to all my banking needs! My recent visit, saw me stressed, as I believe I was being duped by someone claiming to be a Government agent! I was shaken up and needed to have my account closed, in order to re-open a new one. Three of the banks employees, worked together, to rectify my issues and to give me a peace of mind! Each lady employee oversaw what needed to be accomplished, so as to fix any problems and offer assurance. The Financial Advisor Pratima, went above and beyond to help me navigate everything, so as to see me receive a positive experience. I am very thankful for the professional service, exceptional teamwork and all that was done to ensure everything was taken care of for me and my banking needs!

Worse Scotiabank branch. Took 45 mins to make a simple transaction. The tellers were all under training and very slow.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. The Indian lady didn't even bother listening to what I wanted to do. I just needed to switch credit cards and she just directly told me to call customer service line in a very rude tone. Management needs to do some quality check with customer service here. For the most part I am patient with people working in customer service industry, but this lady is NOT suited for this job.
