They told me they'd have it printed within 48 hours, instead it took them 8 days to print it, and it will apparently take another 8 days to receive it.They'll charge you 40$ for shipping and then it'll take 3 weeks to receive your book.

It took over a week and a half to get my book. They also made a mistake and sent the wrong book and I had to wait even longer. My classmate got her book (the same book) a day or two after she had ordered it. I find it inconsistent. If you have it delivered, it's faster. If you have to pick it up from the Surrey SFU campus, it takes forever. I found that I had to check in (call) and ask about my order several times just to get things moving. I didn't have the best experience.
