About 60-70% of the time I stop in, the door is locked and there's no employee around. Enough for me to stop coming here and just go to the convenience store in the skytrain station; they're more expensive but at least they have staff that actually work

Can't use the Shell monthly carwash pass here anymore.
They don't participate in that. Why be a Shell franchisee then.
More reason not to go here.
