Do NOT wash your car here. The first time I tried to go through, the track didn’t catch my car and I just sat there after entering my code and getting the signal to put my car in neutral. I sat there for a few minutes without moving and without the wash turning on before giving up and driving out. Then by the time they gave me a new code to try again, a line of cars had formed so I had to wait even longer.
Then when I finally got through the wash, it was even done properly. The back of my car is still filthy. What a waste of money and time. Go somewhere else to wash your car.

About 60-70% of the time I stop in, the door is locked and there's no employee around. Enough for me to stop coming here and just go to the convenience store in the skytrain station; they're more expensive but at least they have staff that actually work

I had a very disappointing experience at this Shell location. The manager was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive name ms Rosebir kaur when I approached her with a simple question about a pump issue. Instead of trying to assist, she spoke to me with attitude and made it clear she didn’t care. This is not how customers should be treated, especially by someone in a management role. I won’t be returning to this station.

Unacceptable and Unforgivable: A Look at Corporate Disgrace
The experience at this establishment was nothing short of a travesty. To witness the sheer disrespect and casual cruelty inflicted on employees by Ms Rosebir was not just shocking, it was stomach-turning. The behaviour was demeaning, unprofessional, and a blatant form of mental, emotional, and financial harassment. It's an environment so toxic, you can feel the hostility in the air. This isn’t just a bad day at the office; it's a systemic failure of leadership and basic human decency.
A company's character is not defined by its products or its marketing, but by how it treats its own people. This company has made it clear that its values are bankrupt. When management can so openly abuse its staff, it shows a profound lack of respect not just for employees, but for every single person who walks through their doors. They sell a product, but what they’re really offering is a culture of exploitation and indifference.
My money, and the money of every person who values human dignity, will not support this kind of abuse. A business that thrives on the suffering of its employees does not deserve to exist, much less receive public support.
I urge higher management to be held accountable, and if they cannot or will not change, then they should be replaced. Until this venomous culture is completely eradicated, I will actively discourage anyone from supporting this place. No business built on the back of such profound disrespect deserves our time, our trust, or our hard-earned money.

This place is one of the worst I’ve seen when it comes to how they treat their employees. As a customer, I was shocked and disturbed by the way management, especially Ms Rosebir Kaur, behaved — rude, demeaning, and completely unprofessional. The treatment I witnessed was nothing short of mental, emotional, and financial harassment. No employee should ever have to suffer in such a toxic and hostile environment just to earn a living.
What makes it worse is that this is not just about the staff — it reflects the company’s values overall. If they can treat their own team with such disrespect and disregard, it shows how little they truly value people in general, whether employees or customers.
It left me with such a negative impression that I cannot, in good conscience, support a place that abuses its own staff. No business that mistreats its employees so badly deserves anyone’s trust, respect, or money.
I sincerely hope higher management takes accountability and puts an end to this toxic culture. Until then, I urge others to think twice before supporting a place that exploits and mistreats its people.

This Shell gas station is the worst I’ve ever seen when it comes to how they treat their employees. The manager Rosebir kaur is unbelievably rude, full of attitude, and clearly has no respect for the people working there as well as the customers. I witnessed the way manager Rosebir kaur were spoken to, and it was shocking — completely unprofessional and downright demeaning. No one should have to work in such a toxic environment. If this is how they treat their own team, it says a lot about how little they value people in general. I won’t be supporting a place that treats employees so badly.
they don’t deserve even one star.

Can't use the Shell monthly carwash pass here anymore.
They don't participate in that. Why be a Shell franchisee then.
More reason not to go here.

As of 21:30 on November 20th
On Google Maps, it is $1.66/L, but when I actually go there, it is $1.72/L.
It happened last time too, but I can't help but think that someone posted it as a joke or intentionally.
I wish they would fix it...
