I stopped by this gas station while I was mentally and physically exhausted, with a two-hour drive ahead of me, and I experienced some of the best customer service I’ve had in Canada.
I was looking for decaf coffee but couldn’t find it, so I picked a different drink and went to the cashier. Before checking me out, she(Ruit?) noticed and said, “If you want coffee, I can help you.” She then kindly showed me how to make decaf, step by step. That alone already made my day:)
When I paid, I asked if there was a tip jar. She told me, “You don’t need to. Keep it — or give it to someone else.” After we introduced ourselves, she added, “It was my pleasure to help you,” and “I hope you stop by again.”
I was honestly speechless. This is the kind of genuine care and presence I usually expect at a high-end restaurant or hotel — not at a gas station.
Thank you for reminding me how powerful simple kindness can be. I’ll definitely stop by again.

I didn’t realize that I had left my wallet in the rainy ground after visiting this gas station last night, until this morning. I went back to the store, A girl checked my identity and returned my wallet. The store staff were wonderful! Very nice people there!!!🌹

Very convenient location. Have been coming by this location for many years as it's near my work. Three cents off a liter if you're a bcaa member and they give air miles. One of the few hydrogen stations around if you happen to drive a hydrogen car. Has a convenience store and decent coffee

Bought 2 x $50 Shell Gift Cards from this location and the attendant did not activate the cards on purpose and likely pocketed my money .. Do not buy any gift cards from this store...

Stopped by at 5:55 for coffee, but the door was locked with a staff member behind the counter..
They waved me over to the small window and explained the store was closed until 6:15am.
I’m not waiting 20mins for gas station coffee in the cold, and it clearly states that this store is open 24/7.
They’ve likely lost many potential customers this way.

This location is at a very busy intersection, thought I would have difficulty getting in and out quickly, nope got in, filled up, got out. Nice!

I go here for the BCAA discount, but it's the same as any other big station.
For the owners/managers: please replace your squeegees, they're all horribly rusty and the water's bright orange.
