I tried using my Shell gift card today that was loaded with $50 from the grocery store across the street. They could and would not redeem it nor help me to the point of accusing me of not having paid for it and asking me why I even had one and not pay with my credit card instead. It was a rather unpleasant experience and surely not a way to start the day. Never going back. I suggest you update your computer systems to avoid antagonising your customers. Now waiting to hear back from Shell Customer service. Such a waste of time!

I visited this gas station three times to purchase $50 Amazon gift card. The first time, the cashier told me that if I wanted to buy a $50 gift card, I had to insert my card instead of tapping it. I didn’t have my card with me, so I couldn’t complete the purchase. The second time, I successfully bought one using TAP. The third time, which was today, the cashier told me that the $50 gift cards (none of the remaining three in the store) were not registered in the system and therefore could not be sold to me. And there’s nothing she could do. I reminded her three times to check with her manager or someone about this, but she didn’t do. Instead, she just told me she was told not to sell in this kind of case; That’s it. This is really frustrating. I’m wondering just how many different issues I might run into trying to buy a gift card here.

It says that the close at 10 but they refused service at 9:51. Bad service.

Good customer service with clean and well maintained store. The girl working in the mornings is very nice and helpful.

Clean and well maintained. However, Shell prices tend to be a tiny bit higher than some of the off brand places. If you are looking for cheap gas, you might want to look elsewhere.

BC gas restrictions are in place. Limiter started slowing down at 26L. Felt strange so I pulled the nozzle out. No gas was coming out and I was still being charged.

Don't have wipers where just the act of using them causes the head to spin itself off. That's the ONE THING(!) I need them to not do while I'm trying to use them.

I work full time and have to manage my own business, 3 kids and a dog! I am sooo busy!!!This is the worst Shell Gas Station! I live 5 mins from and I go there all the time!They always closed way before 10:00 pm as stated!!! But recently I went there 3 times and it was closed way before 10:00 pm!!! One time was before 9:30pm!!!!!!!The printer always out of paper so I had to go inside to ask for receipt!!!! I went there the next day to fill up my daughter’s car and what do you know, pump no.7 still out of paper!!!’Not good at all!!!

it's in awkward location, would never really go unless going westbound on Hastings. They don't have tap.
