0!!!SAME AS ME”Horrible horrible customer service by Amanda the boutique “manager”. She is rude and she has accusatory tone. I was trying to return an item but did not have the receipt and even though she found the receipt she said that it’s their policy that they can only refund it to a gift card and when I asked her that no one has told me about that policy she said they don’t have to explain the policy to everyone!!!!”Very rude! Very unprofessional! They discriminate against you for returning the product, which is the worst sales I have ever seen!!!!!

The team at beauty boutique is amazing. Amanda, the manager is so amiable and friendly. Emily is the sweetest and kindest with great knowledge. Hope is extremely helpful. Sana is a great help whenever I have called them to ask for guidance. So well spoken. And Fa has got great experience and nice recommendations. Overall, what a warm team. Always welcoming. This is my second beauty gala there. And although I live far, I just don't feel like going to other locations. This one's the best?

Every time I shop here, the assistant manager, who is consistently at the checkout, never greets us or acknowledges our greetings. Despite my companion's efforts to use manners and communicate due to his disability, this cashier remains unresponsive, never stating the total, avoiding eye contact, and simply waiting for the money. Today, I expressed the importance of communication, even a simple hello, and her only response was a dismissive "ya." I'm not trying to be difficult, but I'm genuinely disappointed with the way we are treated.

Utterly clueless pharmacist refused to accurately fill a valid prescription that we've been getting here for months, openly and loudly blabbed out personal medical information in the presence of others and argued endlessly when we tried to tell them they'd filled the prescription wrong. We just called our doctor and guess what? YOU FILLED THE PRESCRIPTION WRONG. Get a new job, jfc.Reply to Owner: well, you have a load of garbage reviews for your operation, what are you going to do about it? Let me guess: nothing.

Shoppers Brentwood . No Canada post !! Items are mostly sold out , they don’t stack shelves . Small. Not too many products as other shoppers drug Marts.

I've noticed that several others have had bad experiences with Shoppers Drug Mart, and I wanted to share my own in hopes of finding understanding and guidance. I recently had an incident with store 2210 located at 4460 Lougheed Hwy., Burnaby, BC V5C 0H6. It concerns me to see the numerous unfavorable reviews for this location.During a recent visit, there was a mix-up where I was provided the wrong medication. When I brought this to their attention, hoping for understanding and a resolution, I was shocked to find my online account deleted. I can't help but feel this might have been an attempt to sweep the mistake under the rug.My account was essential for tracking my medications, and its sudden deactivation has added to the emotional strain I'm already feeling from the initial mistake. I've reached out to customer service, but I feel my concerns aren’t being addressed with the seriousness they warrant.I saw a response from the owner so here is an update:Ironically my issue is with the owner (Amrit Behniwal) of this location.She deleted my online account that was created by a pharmacist at another Shoppers Drug Mart location.Ms Behniwal told me I was no longer welcome in her store.Before she deleted my online account I'm sure she noticed the medication I was on and I feel that is why she no longer wants me in the store.

I recently took my father to the Photo Center to take a photo for an important immigration application.The staff member assigned to assist us appeared to be inexperienced and uncertain about the process.She did not show us the photo for approval which is ok, but when I asked her to see the photo, she said you can see from behind the counter which was positioned at quite a distance from the tiny screen.It took too much to prepare the photos. Ultimately, I paid $24.99 plus tax for two pieces of low quality photos, which I’m not sure if the immigration accept the photo!I also had a difficult time to scan the photo because of the low quality of it.Quality wise, I could take a better photo with my phone!

The unprofessional pharmacists at this location don’t care about the patients. I came here to simply get my prescriptions and the girl behind the counter didn’t even bother to give me options for quantity. I now have extra prescription that I don’t need and will expiry soon. What a waste! Can they be more attentive and have a heart?

I wanted to return a charging cable, unused in the original box, bought the day before with the original receipt. They immediately refused the return, saying they don't return electronics, no exceptions. I pointed out there was no sign, no warning, and nothing on the receipt that indicated that. I said it was untouched and in perfect condition, you can test it even. Even so, what if you bought something and it was defective? They said it was on the shopper's website that they don't accept electronics returns. So I'm supposed to check the website before I buy anything? It actually says they do on the website, with the original receipt, in the original packaging. I don't why they were so rude about this, it's not like it comes out of their pockets. I used to shop here all the time, but now I don't want to go back in.

This is the nicest Shoppers Drug Mart ever! It’s a flagship store. Very large store and lots of variety. Very nice staff and if you the app you can order your prescription through the app and then pick it up a couple days later or have it delivered. The location also is built into a complex with a huge liquor store and a Whole Foods so it’s a great one stop location. Parking available on Lougheed or underground dedicated parkade.
