Elma at Skyland Building Supplies is amazing! She went out of her way after business hours to answer our questions. After searching the lower mainland for a specific product, we were told by all it would be a special order with a minimum turn around time of 4 weeks. Skyland Building Supplies had the product we required, in stock and less than previous quotes. Their show room is very clean, no pressure to buy or upsell, and they took the time to listen and answer our questions. We will definitely will be back, and highly recommend them!

Angel was a delight to work with both in the purchase of my pre-formed shower base as well as handling communications in a thoughtful manner between myself and the glass technicians who were creating my custom design frameless shower glass.
Angel is always quick to return calls and is solution-oriented.
One the one or two occasions Alma was assisting me, she too was very pleasant and efficient.
I rate Skyland very high in Customer Service!

We have been purchasing bathroom fixtures (shower bases/doors, controllers, showerheads, etc.) from Skyland, for several renovations over the past 4 years.
We continue to shop there because they are the BEST! Items are Stylish and Functional and well-priced.
Their customer service is Excellent, especially Angel. She listens closely, she knows her products, and she followed up promptly when we needed a part for an item that we broke.
Highly recommended.
