We originally purchased a pretty expensive mattress but didn’t end up loving it so thankfully we were able to return it within the 100 day window and get something else.
However, with our new mattress we needed a new bed frame and the delivery men who brought the new mattress and bed frame didn’t put it together properly so boards were always falling out the bottom and our mattress wasn’t properly supported and so now it’s so soft even though it is a firm mattress. We literally have straps pulling our bed frame together right now.
I called customer service but they were very unhelpful.
Now I have a sore back all the time because our new bed deteriorated so quickly due to improper building of our bed frame.

Wanted to thank Mark at Sleep Country - he was super helpful and I was able to get a good deal as well. He set up my delivery quickly and I am now sleeping in my new bed - this has been one of my better shopping experiences in recent memory :).

I had a great experience shopping at Sleep Country thanks to Mark! His product knowledge made the buying process so much easier for me. Mark took the time to explain the various features of the products I was searching for (pillow and sheets) and helped me narrow down my options while making valuable suggestions. I came away with quality and comfort at a reasonable price.It has been a few months and I am very satisfied with my purchases from Sleep Country. Will definitely go back and see Mark again. I highly recommend you do the same!!

It was a great experience. We were lucky enough to meet Mr. Doug Durnin. He was very professional and very patient. Gave us a lot of advice to help us find a satisfactory mattress and base without any stress. If there's any other need, we'd love to see Doug again.

Excellent, no-pressure service and sales experience. Mark Mandic is an exceptional staff member here that provided amazing insights to help us make an informed decision in buying our firm bed. He even offered to look up additional discounts on Black Friday to give us the best price within our budget without being asked. The delivery execution was also stress free and on-time. Highly recommended.

Doug was awesome! He was nice, friendly, approachable, professional, knowledgeable and he did not rush me, unlike the staff at the Kerrisdale's Location - worst experience, I would not recommend to go there. I honestly did not expect to walk out with a pillow today due my previous Kerrisdale's Sleepy Country experience, but I am so happy that I gave it another shot at this location. Shopping for a pillow has been a nightmare for me. This will probably be my 4th pillow in the past 2 years, due to covid I had been buying them online vs in person, so totally my fault. But I really hope this one works. Doug was super helpful and knowledgeable. When I lied down to try the pillows, he told me what I should be noticing in terms of comfort/discomfort. He also told me about alignment and how to tell if the pillow is the right height for me and the things he is looking for when I try the pillows. I tried 5 pillows in total and none of them was "neck pillow". He told me it was because the one they have (same one I tried at Kerrisdale) will be too high for me, which was complete opposite from what the Kerrisdale Staff told me. I am so glad that I didn't give up after my experience at Kerrisdale. I really appreciate Doug's honesty and his help even though I wasn't buying a mattress. I really did walk into Sleep country today thinking I would not get any service because I went alone and I wasn't getting a mattress aka not worth the staff's time and energy. But this experience changed my mind, it is not intimidating to walk in and I will definitely come back again for other needs! At the end, I told Doug that he was famous on google reviews because his name was mentioned a few times in the reviews, he said he wasn't aware of that. I told him that if it wasn't for these reviews saying how great his service is, I might not have came in today! If anyone is looking for a pillow or mattress I would highly recommend Doug!

We just purchased a new mattress from the Burnaby location on Lougheed. We were dealing with a nice guy named Simon. Great help, very friendly super patient and zero pressure. Haven’t got out mattress yet but once we get it delivered and sleep on it, I’ll update this review.
