This place was extremely disappointing to say the least. I showed up at 8:50pm on a Saturday night to make a purchase.I noticed the lady working there was already closing down the store/kiosk (Metrotown Burnaby). I then kindly asked her if she could make an exception for me. I intended to buy a couple items at least. I even already had my purchases picked out. She still declined and proceeded to close. You don’t usually see people closing their store 10 minutes early. I can understand 3-5 minutes early but 10 minutes?!I thought it was early but hey. Shrug*I guess these people are not very business oriented or motivated to make money. Also, I need to add that the lady was incredibly rude to me. For no apparent reason and even gave me a dirty look. I had even been very polite and respectful about my question to purchase. Strange I thought.I don’t usually write reviews on anything…. BUT I HAD TO make a point to do this because I didn’t like the rude treatment. Customer service should be clear in business/retail whether it’s privately owned or not. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear is my advice.
