Today was the first time I've ever used the shipping services at the Marine Crossing location. It will be my last. After standing in line for at least 15 minutes with my package, I was told by the female clerk that they had no ability to print shipping labels, as apparently, this equipment had not been working for 3 days. Being inexperienced with sending items by courier, I asked what alternatives I had. She rudely shoved a laminated card in front of me with the Purolator address in Delta. She then started talking to the next customer, sending a clear message that she was done with me. I asked if the service would be available tomorrow, as going to Delta isn't the most convenient for me. She was extremely dismissive, avoided eye contact and stated she did not know. Having read some of the other reviews regarding the shipping department in this store, it's surprising that management would allow this appalling customer service to continue.

I had a terrible experience with Staples Printing Solutions. I called several times, but no one ever picked up the phone. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor customer service. While I understand that the staff may be overworked and under-supported, this seems like a corporate issue—clearly, they don’t provide the resources needed to handle customer inquiries properly.
I’ll be taking my printing needs to VistaPrint or other alternatives in the future. Very disappointing service overall.

Dropping off a package through their shipping services. -1 star because the lady behind the counter was rude. Obviously she was having a crappy day but don't take it out on your customers

I go to this location since it's really close to my house, however last visit was not the greatest. I was shipping out 1 certificate to Mission and their shipping centre wanted to charge me $40..
I'm not sure if the lady working there did it correctly. I ended up going across the street to canada post at london drugs and they charged me $1 lol. Lady at staples was adamant that it was correct, yikes

Kunal Joshi at Printing Service simply surprised me with his honesty and seer dedication towards customers. I had a huge printing order and Kunal patiently worked with me to help and troubleshoot to complete the order. Truly amazed at customer service and his due diligence. Order almost lasted 5 hours and Kunal stood by without any hesitation. If I had 10 stars I would give him 10 on 10. Kunal you’re awesome and keep the hard work going - Amazing work!

I had a very unprofessional experience with the staff at the Staples Market Crossing branch. I placed and paid for an order in advance on October 21, 2024, and went to pick it up on October 23, 2024. However, they had completely forgotten about my order. A sales associate named Aansha was there and simply told me to come back tomorrow, without even checking the status of my order in the system. When I asked for the manager’s contact information, she refused, saying the manager wasn’t available. Her attitude was dismissive, and her facial expressions were strange and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very poor experience with Staples.

My recent experience with Bianca from the Shipping and Photocopy department at Staples was one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered. After reading similar complaints in the reviews here, it's clear that I’m not the only one who has faced issues with her attitude and service.
Two weeks ago, I went in to have a few simple things printed (literally one word per page, except for a sign on one page). I came prepared with multiple file formats (PDF and Word) and had already emailed everything ahead of time to make things as smooth as possible. I entered with a positive attitude, but the moment I began asking her basic questions—like if there was a record of my previous orders, what thickness of paper they offer, and what sizes are available—she cut me off repeatedly, speaking to me condescendingly as if I were supposed to know all of Staples' products by heart. Her demeanor was rude, and she constantly gave me dirty looks, making me feel like a burden for asking simple questions about their services.
She shoved a form at me to fill out, barely giving me time to understand what I was supposed to do. When I asked if it was possible to have my order completed that day (since, during my last visit, the same type of order was done the same day), she curtly gestured at a pile of other orders and saying, “We have like 25 other orders to do.” Taken aback, I then asked if it could be ready by Friday (I placed the order on a Wednesday), to which she responded that it would be no problem and assured me it would be ready.
Fast forward two weeks later, and I hadn’t received any update. I called over 10 times just to get through to someone, and when I finally did, Bianca was the one who answered. She claimed to remember me, said she’d check the order, and then abruptly hung up. I called back another 10 times before getting through again. This time, she lied and said she had tried calling the alternate number I left on the order (I had that number in front of me and there were no missed calls). When I asked again when my order would be ready, she casually said it would be done by Monday—almost three weeks after I originally placed the order, which she initially promised would take two days.
This wasn’t an isolated incident, either. A similar scenario happened with another employee (who was at least polite and tried to help), but he lost my order, and the entire department was clueless about what was going on, despite having called me to say my order was ready.
The Shipping and Photocopy department is a disaster, and Bianca's poor attitude and unprofessional behavior have ensured that I will never return. Staples seriously needs to address the lack of customer service in this department. I won’t be back because of this experience, and I strongly encourage others to reconsider if they’re thinking about using these services.

I ordered some photo prints online and elected to pick them up at this location instead of paying for shipping. When I arrived at the pick up desk with my ID, the rep asked for my last name and found my order slip. She then confirmed my first name. After looking for my package, she put a package on the desk and asked me if it was mine, also showing me the pick up order slip. I thought she was asking if the number matched my order number, but no, she was asking if the name on the box was mine. A two letter first name and two letter last name that was clearly not me. I said no, thats not my name...
okay whatever, i did end up receiving my order. then i asked if they sold photo frames for the prints I was picking up. I had quickly looked though the aisles before picking up the prints, but didn't see frames. Her reply? check the aisles.
Seems like i should have just gone behind the desk and found my own package. i dont think ill be returning to this location again
