Pros: Staff is WONDERFUL!!
CONS: What's happening with he sound system at the store? It's Blasting FULL ON!! Can't stay here a minute longer! Had to drop my shopping!! Please review your police regarding the loudest volume ever! Music should NEVER BE THIS LOUD! Extremely unprofessional!

I’ve been dropping off Amazon returns at this location for a long time with zero issues, until today.
The staff member I dealt with was immediately rude — she was chatting with her coworker, and even though she knew I was standing there, she was chatting on and on, and then didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge my “hello,” and instead abruptly asked, “What’s in the box?” I’ve never been asked that before. When I said it was just an Amazon return, she snapped that if it was a small item in a big box, they “don’t take recycling.”
Without asking or explaining properly, she cut open my box, shoved it back toward me, and said they don’t do recycling — something I’ve never once been told at this location. Amazon’s return page clearly says no box or label is required, and nowhere does it say boxes are “not allowed.”
If there is a new policy, fine — but the demeanor, tone, and attitude were completely unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be spoken to this way or have their property handled aggressively.
Policies can be enforced without being rude. Today’s experience was disrespectful and unacceptable. I almost wanted to describe her looks so that other nice employees there are not blamed for for instead of her but I’m omitting that.

Work nearby and went in to buy the most expensive bluetooth over the ear headset they have, $150 bucks and they are awful.
Barely work, can't imagine the cheaper models.

DO NOT ship anything from here. The staff was very unprofessional, slow, and don't know what they are doing. The staff seemed really annoyed when she saw me. I needed to send documents internationally urgently so I chose to ship with Fedex. But because the staff filled out commercial invoice incorrectly, my document was stuck at customs. I had to call and email Fedex with commercial invoice I corrected. If I wasn't checking the tracking everyday, the shipment would have been returned to me, causing me to miss a critical deadline. This location's incompetence nearly cost me something extremely important. I would give 0 star if I could.

I was very impressed with the service that Anmol provided to me when I had questions or help I needed while I was using the computer, he was very helpful, polite and kind.
The other person was very helpful was Kunal. I am very greatful.
I will recommend this location to everyone.

I visited this Staples location today to pick up an iPad I ordered online. When I asked the associate to confirm it was covered under the extended holiday return policy, he insisted it wasn’t—despite the Staples website clearly stating that all items purchased after November 1 qualify. He even suggested he would only honour the return policy if I bought the extended warranty, which felt completely inappropriate. I later confirmed with Staples customer service that iPads are included in the extended return policy. I will be returning the product and taking my business somewhere else. Your staff should be educated on their return policy.

All staples are bad, but this one takes the cake. No one seems to be working- I stood at check out for over 5 minutes before someone showed up. Should ha e just walked out with my purchase without paying - i don't think the staff would care.
