Very rude teller and manager. My first name on my paycheck has a little different. They make it like it’s a big deal. Warning me if I take the same check again we will have same conversation again next time but since this is a small amount so we’ll let you deposit. What is this? Joking on my pay grade? I didn’t have problem deposit at other branch ever before. The way they talk is very frustrating. Don’t even want to stay there for a second.

Customer service is really important. Serving your customer with a sincere heart instead of just chasing your sales target.Building customer relationship, helping customer to solve their problems before selling any product.Yes, you can always direct your customer to go online or give them a hotline , but have you listened to your customer when they have already tried to go online but failed to solve their problem? We come to you because we are either not familiar with the online platform or having a question.Why can’t your staff be more patient when we just try to login to our online account and go through the process once? Keep on asking if we have any questions simply just does not help to solve the problem.Remember that we did try but failed and that’s why we come to you to make sure we know how to do it online.I feel like if I am not purchasing any product, I was treated like giving them trouble or bothering the staff there.

I won't go this bank again. The one in Brentwood mall deserves 5 stars but not this branch.Horrible customer service with bad attitude.I went to make a deposit with some bills and coins last week. A “S” customer service was with badattitude told me "you can't deposit pennies here !" LOL,!I told her that I wrote down 0.1 which means dimes not pennies. You didn't look the money before you blamed on me? .A male manager heard what I said and approached to the counter,then LOL too.I couldn't believe it. My mom and I used to work for different banks before,we never made such mistakes. Your staffs don't recognize the coins with such a small amount, how can I ask you to manage my accounts in the future?

Went there to ask for a bank draft and was treated like a scammer. Very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. The teller even assumed that I was Chinese.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They deposited something incorrectly in one of my accounts, andwhen I tried to fix it they treated me like I was stupid and there's nothing they can do.Got it fixed on the td bank line in minutes . Don't bother with this branch.

Horrible customer service from a customer service manager who was working today. he was getting visibly frustrated and had no idea how to deal with a customer service situation hence his role in a customer service. What a joke do not come to this branch. He needs more training.

The team here is very courteous and professional. If you are looking for great investment advice ask for Adam! He is by far one of the best in the business. This bank is neighborhood friendly and helpful.

We had a really bad experience applying for a mortgage with Eric ( Cheung Kiu Ming). He wasted our time and money. Negligence and lack of accurate communication. Be aware of that guy he doesn’t know how to do his job. Canada is facing a shortage of employees and it seems they’re hiring whatever who they find to take the job. We we’re basically discriminated

Worst financial service I have. Financial advisor had no idea about the benefit of the card. then send it to wrong address. after a month of waiting went there and got the card while the envelop is open. that's why left TD many years ago.

What a Joke. We were so disappointed with Eric’s skills for mortgage applications. Lack of communication, language ability so weak. Negligence. He uses underwriters to cover his weak skills in doing his job. Low quality employees.

Terrible experience for a simple mortgage renewal with the mortgage specialist, Alan Tang. Perfect example of how it’s about their convenience instead of yours.Several phone conversations with Alan, and he had me drive quite a distance to the branch to “finish the paperwork”. No communication about a specific appointment time or how long it would take, and when I arrived, I was told to come back another day since there was nothing really prepared and he wanted more time before closing. Showing my displeasure, Alan then suggested that I could e-sign if I promised to get it back to him before midnight.I asked why he didn’t give me the option to e-sign in the first place, and his answer was that it was a lot of work for him to reverse the paperwork if a client didn’t e-sign the documents on time. Clearly his time is important but mine isn’t. The manager stood by the whole conversation and tried to do a friendly laugh as he parroted Alan’s explanation about the possibility of extra work for them.Without a hint of an apology, I told them that I guess I would shop the mortgage, and Alan replied with a simple “okay” as he walked with me to the door. I guess he wanted me to be more thankful for giving TD my business.
