Regrettably, my experience with TD Bank and Advisor Parvin Bazmjou was unsatisfactory. The scheduled appointment wasn't adhered to, and the customer service was lacking. I intended to open an account but had to resort to RBC due to these issues. I wouldn't recommend their services to others based on my experience.

I go today for deposit my cheque she say it will take 5 business days I request her I am regularly receiving payments from this company and last time your bank this branch more amount cheque clear same time why not now . She say we can’t do this than I say give myCheque back and I go another branch in newwest they didn’t say anything clear rite the way but I wast my one hr so this branch useless never again go there thinking to change my bank I switch with rbc

I would like to rate 5 stars for my advisor, Binjie. Binjie is very knowledgeable in investment. I like the way he talked about the selections. Different from other advisors I’ve met, he analyzed pros and cons, and gave advice based on my financial goals and needs. I’m happy with my purchase and would like to come back again for other services.

Today I visited the branch, sadly to say branch manager was very rude to her co-workers(it wasn’t Barb) her name was Jennifer. She was talking down at them and very demanding. I noticed it before when I at branch, but today I had to say something. Everyone else at this branch are very helpful and friendly. 5star is for the other staff members.

So these guys are the biggest scammers known to banks. I I'm shutting down all of my accounts with TD Bank. I have never been so disgusted by how they so easily will keep your money. What a joke. Account closed.. on top of everything I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair. And I'm trying to go back and forth to see which bank will actually do their job. Just awful

I wish I can submit my review with 0 star if goggle gives me that option. I have been loyal to TD bank since 2002 and always have a great experience with all of other TD locations. However, the manager of this bank is extremely unhelpful and will ruin your day as much as she can do using her power. I will never step into this branch and never recommend to anyone.Edit: I have already filed this complaint to the customer problem resolution office on Dec, 28th 2022 regarding this but until now, the manager who was assigned to proceed with this complaint, never reached me out even I sent her two emails on Jan, 5th and Jan 6th mentioning the time she can call me but never heard a word from her until today so I will not waste my time and energy on this anymore.

Booked an appointment with Bhoomika to open either cheqing or savings account for and urgent purpose. First of all she disclosed my personal information shortly after I sat down before checking my authenticity, no pin entered and didnt look at my ID(until after). I have worked at TD many years ago and I understand how she has her goals to make, but she is too hungry for units she talked abt pre-approval before we talk about my purpose of being there. Then she didnt browse my portfolio throughly and recommended accounts I obviously wouldn't need. When she finally realize epremium savings is better than my current EDS, I asked if she can change it, she said no, but she can open a new ones and move the funds over?? I knew TD has always been harsh and pushing ridiculous goals on their staffs, but not willing to change an existing account type is just ridiculous, i definitely do not want a whole bunch of closed account on my portfolio. I walked out getting nothing done, waste of my time. Things could’ve turn out the other way if she actually listen and be a true advisor rather than an order taker.. I ended up changing account type on the APP myself and calling telephone banking to get my pre-approval. I hope it’s just this branch thats disappointing me. TD’s training has never improved and that was one of the reason I quit, sad to know it got worse.

I came almost an hour earlier than my appointment with Binjie Song due to some emergency. I didn't expect he will serve me, but he actually helped me right away, even he was still i his lunch break! I really appreciate Mr Binjie Song 's kind and quick and professional service!
